Sunlight

Today I was so stressed. It was one of those days where I was so stressed I wanted to cry but I couldn't even do that. For five months I have been apply to medicaid to get some help to pay the 60,000 plus bill for Mosa's NICU. It has been a nightmare. Also we applied for a loan modification on our house and it's not looking good. Add that to just every day stress and I feel combustible.
BUT, the truth is those don't matter. Not in the long run. We could live in tent in the park and have no money at all and still would be incredibly blessed.
I have a husband who works ultra hard for us. He is gone 12+ hours a day. Recently, he found out his high school diploma from Australia doesn't work here so he is going to school to get his GED at night so he can start college classes within a few months. He is so great about letting me get out of the house and having some "me" time anytime I need it. He puts up with all of my baggage from my family and the drama it brings.
I am so so so grateful for the ability to have children. I don't take that for granted. Each of my babies is so precious and special. I love all the moments I get to hold them and hear them whisper they love me. I love when they hold my hand or sneak into my bed and cuddle next to me. I love when they tell me I'm their best friend in the whole world and smother me in kisses. I love when they smile at me like I am their whole world.
I love my family and I just needed to share that today.

Love Bug

This guy just melts my heart!!

January Pics

Preschool program

Tati's preschool Christmas presentation was so cute! She's born for the stage:). Dad drove all the way from work in Salt Lake to come watch it. She loves to sing and dance and if I say so myself, she's pretty darn good!

A name and a Blessing

Mosa'ati Mohekonokono Tupou was blessed the first Sunday of December. Our little guy is so special. George gave a great blessing, I wish I would have recorded it. I love this little man so much! We had friends and family over after for soup and sandwiches. We appreciate all the support of everyone who came to share our special day. FYI- I look horrendous in this picture but my goal this year is just not care and post lots of pics.

Mrs. Claus??

Santa came in the form of my sister-in-law, Lyn, this year. She came from Portland with a trailer and her Yukon filled to the brim with surprises. It was amazing! I'm almost a little embarrassed to share how much she gave us. A few to mention : A CAR!!!, a huge giant television, a blu-ray player, a PS3, dishes, silverware, movies, a chocolate fountain, serving platters and so, so much more. We were all settled on having a "simple" Christmas because of low funds and it turned out to be fairy tale. I can't express how truly grateful I am.
More than things, it was so fun when she was here! She, my niece Ilana and I had so much fun just hanging out at night and chatting it up. We laughed till it hurt. We walked away with many one liners. My kids were in Heaven having her attention. They adore her! It was so wonderful to be together. I made some of my most favorite memories ever. We love her!

Christmas 2011

Christmas this year was incredible. Besides, the mass amount of presents we got from lots of generous people we really enjoyed all the time with family. Skippy, our elf on the shelve forgot to move a lot. He's a tricky one that guy. Kids got up on Christmas morning and opened stockings, then went to church and then came home and unwrapped presents. They loved their Barbie scooters. We watched movies and eat good food!

Who had the bowl full of Jelly?
"I've been a really good girl, promise"
Santa telling everyone around that this was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen and she needed to be a movie star and make us a million bucks.
