Hilma Franzon

Hilma Franzon Graffiti
Cycling into Stockholm, passing the legal graffiti wall at Farsta I noticed four people spraying and painting. One of them the well known artist Hilma Franzon, whose work you have seen here a few times already. She was working on one of her famous goats, so I made a mental note to take the same way home a few hours later, and that's when I took these two photos. Well, as per usual it is a few more as the second shot is a big panorama from 12 photos.

Farstaväggen

See you later Can I just point something out... Snoopy Thomas Hugging
Five recent graffiti paintings from the legal wall Farstaväggen. It is next to a popular soccer pitch and equally close to my bike path. I don't shoot everything I see here because that would mean taking photos here once, or even twice, a day. But if and when I see something I like, I will usually stop for a photo or two.

Roundabout Dinosaur

Roundabout Dinosaur
This was a first. A Roundabout Dinosaur at Länna. Eating a flower. And behind it a "traditional" Roundabout dog, claiming to love Länna. Snapped two days ago, just before my second flat tire of the day. A lucky shot because they were both gone yesterday.

All We Have ☆ Is Each Other

All We Have ☆ Is Each Other
Hop Louie mural at the Snösätra Graffiti Wall of Fame, for the Spring Beast 2020. Hop Louie is an anonymous street artist. I guess you could call him Sweden's own Banksy.

Snösätra spring beast 2020

Bat★Man The Artist Streetcorner VickanArt Skull
The Snösätra spring beast 2020 usually takes place during the spring, but not this very unusual year of course. I visited the forgotten industrial area at Rågsved earlier this week. No sign of the official Snösätra spring beast 2020 festival but I counted around 20 street artists working on their murals as well as a bunch of photographers and onlookers. More photos from the Snösätra Graffiti Wall of Fame to come.

Partik Afrika

Partik Afrika 2014
Found another Partik Africa street art today. Near the Port 73 mall in Handen where I stopped to buy a kickstand for the steel horse.

Dogs Dressed for Winter

Dogs Dressed for Winter

I'm guessing you don't have any Roundabout Dogs where you live! It all started in the city of Linköping last year when an installation by the artist Stina Opitz was vandalised. A few days later a new dog appeared in the roundabout. That was all it took to get this new phenomenon going! Since then they have started popping up all over the country. These are the first two Roundabout Dogs in Haninge. First seen in November 2006. They soon disappeared but last week they were back again. Same dogs without the snow.
