Here are the peeps back in April. Quite a crew huh!

Preschool Graduation May 13, 2013

I got these candles from Nathan and Ella for Mother's Day!

 My Preschool Graduates

Here they are with the whole class getting ready to perform their songs

Becca (our nanny) Ella, Nathan, and Hannah (our neighbor's nanny who we see and play with everyday). How nice of them to come and see the twins graduate. Great Girls!
We missed you Grandpa and Grandma Minnesota!

Ella and Nathan's teachers...Mrs. Cole and Mrs. Kuipers

Ella and Nathan had a special graduation or Preschool Celebration night tonight. They sang songs and did some Bible verses for us all. It is hard to believe they will be in Kindergarten next year. They have two more weeks and then they will be off for the summer. We mill miss, Mrs. Cole and Mrs. Kuipers. They were great teachers.

Happy 1st Birthday Brody!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRODY.

I cannot believe you are 1 year old already. My how time has flown by. You are walking and able to understand things. You know how to throw garbage away and how to go up the stairs when I tell you it's bath time. You have been such a joy to us and we pray God's blessing on your one year and many more to come. We love you Brody Dylan!

Family Picture Time

My good friend Rachel took some pictures for us in our backyard last week. We knew we were getting close to not having the weather hold out for us, so we quickly got them done. Sawyer was not so happy in a couple of them.  Here is a sneak peak of the pictures. I am sure you will see a similar picture for a Christmas card!

We love our donuts

Not too much new here other than us enjoying the beautiful fall weather. We went to Post family farms today and got to see the animals and have the best homemade donuts. The kids love being outdoors and this past Sunday, Ella and Nathan spent almost 2 hours playing outside in the leaves and enjoying the warm weather. We are getting pretty far on our basement. The next step is drywall. It will be so nice to have more room for having people over and to having a spare bedroom downstairs for guests. We have a new nanny starting with us next week. Becca will be watching the kids at our house. It will be so nice for Tim not to have to bundle them up and get them in the car and we are excited that the kids can just stay napping in their own rooms. Becca is wonderful and the kids have already become attached to her. Hope your enjoying your fall too.

No No Brody!

This is Brody's new "naughty" thing to do. The minute the door is open and Brody is left unattended, he will check and see if the toilet is "available" for play. Enjoy the clip of me catching him in the moment.

Brody on the move

Brody has quite a lot of energy lately and it is so fun to watch him "play!"

Ella and Nathan's first day of Preschool

I am little late in getting these out, but here are Nathan and Ella's first day at Hudsonville Christian School Preschool. They were very excited and were even more excited when they found out that they get their own lockers. It was a weird feeling to watch them interact at school. When they are home, they are the older of my kids and I sometimes expect them to act older and responsible, but when I saw them sitting on the round carpet with their teacher, I saw how little and vulnerable they still are.
We are excited to see what they learn and what friends they make.
