My nieces & nephews

I thought I would share some pictures of my nieces and nephews. Unfortunately, on my husband's side, I don't have pictures of the 3 nephews and the one niece. When I was with them last, I didn't have a camera.

Mike and Jeanette got married when I was 15 years old.

My nephew Aaron is 4 months old in this picture. I got to be around him before he was 1 year old, but haven't seen him since.

In fact, I didn't take any of these pictures. There is one picture with me holding him, but I can't find it anywhere, Sorry. Probably my dad has it someplace..

1 year old.

Sometimes, while I was still going to high school, I would go on field trips. One time when we went to the mall, there was a Disney store that had stuffed animals. Jeanette loves "Winnie the Pooh ", so I knew she would enjoy it with him. I then bought Aaron "Winnie the Pooh" and saved it for his Christmas present that year.

Here is a picture of him playing with "Winnie the Pooh". He was 18 months old.

At 2 years old,

Aaron got a baby sister. Her name is Ella. She was born 3 weeks before my wedding, so
Only my brother Mike could come.

This is Aaron and Ella becoming friends.

My brother Mike likes this picture of them Sitting on a teeter totter in the park.

At 3 years old, this is Aaron.

Both the kids at the pumpkin patch with Mike.

Aaron's 4 years old with a cupcake.

Jeanette took the kids to see her parents a couple weeks ago. Their grandma asked them if they want to go on a carousel ride. Jeanette said, "We have tried to get them to do this for us, but they won't." she also said, "I guess they only do some things for grandma." I know that the kids don't always want their picture taken. I think we just want to have fun without a camera sometimes. When I saw these pictures of them on the carousel ride. It reminded me of when I went on them myself. I love animals and music so it is a lot of fun. I haven't gone on a carousel for a while.

Mike and Jeanette told us the whole pregnancy that they were having another girl. My nephew Aaron told Jeanette he wanted to have another sister, but if it was going to be a boy, he wanted to name it "Lightning McQueen" from "Cars".

Mike took Jeanette in for the baby. He sent a text message to dad telling us about it at 11 pm Saturday the 12th of September. When the baby was born — it was a boy. They knew they would have problems with Aaron. They asked the nurse what they should do. The nurse said, "Don't tell him alone, wait tell everybody is together." Mike told Aaron, " Look, Aaron Heavenly Father sent us a boy, and we don't know why." The new baby's name is Wesley. I'm used to Wes, so that's what I will be using in the future. My niece Ella call's him baby sister sometimes, because she is only 2 years old, and everyone told her it was going to be a girl.

My new nephew Wes arrived on September 13.

The kids are looking at their brother.

The kids were holding their baby brother a week later.

My parents are trying to see Mike's family next summer because they're going to a reunion. Ella was one, when they visited them last , after going to a wedding in the summer of 2008. Now I have seven nieces and nephews altogether but, I don't know when I am going to see them next.

My friendship with Jana

Here is how Jana and I became vary close friends.

We were in Young Women's and Jana asked me 2 times to be in her presidency between being 13-18 years old.

I had had a leg operation on both legs and I couldn't get out of my house vary well. I still wanted to go to church so I called Jana up and asked her if she would push me around in my wheelchair when I got to church. She set up a sign up sheet to come play games with me daring the weeks.

When you are a 4Th year at cap you get a name on a sweatshirt. You also get to sign up to watch the special needs people in the camp at free time. I was a 3rd year when Jana got to do that at and Jana wanted to do it more then one afternoon so, she signed up again.

Jana and I were in the same cabin at our church girls camp. My 5Th year going. Jana told my mom that she didn't have to help me with anything because she was going to do it. If she couldn't help me she would find someone else. When my mom told me about what Jana said I said back, "are you sure?" that's what she said because Jana never talked to me about it. None of the previous girls over me wanted the whole job for a week.

Later on in our friendship we just stared making activities to do together like going to lunch or playing games and including her younger sister Ester to pay with us.

When Jana had her wedding, Jana asked me to dress in blue like her family was doing. They had me come to the family Lunch as well.

At the reception, Jana had me sitting around the food table. That way I could talk to the people in the kitchen to bring out more food as needed.

I went up to Jana later and asked if we could have a picture. it was made In 2005.

Jana had a 2nd reception and my family took me there to surprise her. We were going there for something else anyway that weekend.

When Jana and Keith got marred, I got nervious about how I would fit in this new life she was going to have. Jana had basically put me in her family and I didn't know how much Keith new about the strong bond we had going on. Jana's family would see me at church or someplace else and tell me what's going on with her. Sometimes it is about the plans they have coming up with her.

Jana, Sally, and I. We took this picture before my wedding reception. Jana decorated the thing behind us. It was made in 2007.
After my wedding, Jana and Keith moved so Keith could do his doctor school. They had their daughter Marie 3 months later.

Jana's brother Matthew got marred last year in August, so that is when I saw them last. She was going to see me at Christmas time, but we had a bad snow storm here.

Jana's parents and sisters asked Jana's family to come on a trip at the end of June 2009.

Jana, Keith, and their daughter Marie at the Nauvoo Temple.

Jana had Celeste August 8.

I hope to see them again sometime. I haven't talked to Jana about it. I don't have the money to fly right now though.

Summer School

My friend Jaclyn was asking me how my husband was doing with Summer school. Here is an update for everyone.

He started with 2 classes and had to drop the computer class later, But I wanted to show the computer anyway.

My husband couldn't do his homework, so he took this picture on my camera of the cat wanting to do his math for him. I told my husband that the cat might want to just go to school too.

Getting him sitting down doing Math.

I have been looking for a gift because school has been really hard for him and he has a lot of holiday ties so I tried to find him a new one, but here is what I came up with instead. He told me it was an okay one when I asked him if he liked it.

I went to a Relief Society activity that was an auction. There were some sisters who asked me if I was going to ever buy anything. I told them I didn't need anything really. I also told them that people had more money then I did, so they would fly past what I could spend. The money was paper if you were wanting to know.

After the event I felt bad that I brought my camera and never used it. When the sisters were cleaning up they asked me if I got anything. I told them yes and I told them what I was going to do with it. They all liked my idea.

Here is the pie I got there.

I gave him the whole pie to himself. He is putting on the Bary topping.

After cutting a Peace

He has been off school since August 8Th. Fall starts September 21 first. He is going to try to do 2 classes again. I am a little scared he will want to drop a class again.
