well, we can now say goodbye to lovely year 2008 and officially welcoming the new 2009!! Life's always up and down, the same goes for ma 2008, it started out as "baritone", and it goes "bass", but it ended up as "tenor" lol if anyone can understands me

life is beautiful and wonderful, though some sorrowful events may occur and caught you off guard..but, you always have to look at the positive side life offers and keep moving on, not setting foot on the same plane 4eva...looking back the silhouette in 2008, i can conclude it had been quite dramatic and eventful, the unexpected happened, the expected din't happened, the faithful appears, the princess saved the beast from itz deepest sorrow..

and for yuu, i never know you get so high over the goodies..i bought it for u coz i know u would lurve it, but don't so over react lar, don't go insane or gila, i will get worried lol..n..i also lurve you too, and always do, coz i just lurve u, n thats all the lurve i can offer haha xoxo..do enjoy the stuff i gave u yar..next time be prepare and don't get too high if i bring back the remaining two books in hard cover that you are missing in yer collection o(n_n)o

as fer dis xmas, i had been shopping like crazy and i love the xmas gift from Ken's family the most!!! will post the picture of the hoody once i get back to winnipeg..also again i maintain double digit b4 the new years!!! and i will keep losing weight until i am satisfy, thats the promise babe!! and also gonna do gud in ma final academic years... fer the new year resolution.. wud say
1)treasure the one i care most, and always always do!!!
2)stay fit and keep fit, i wanna be a lean-fightning-machine!!

this holiday is
enjoyable and disastrous
my dad came to us and paid me a visit
but now he had to rush back malaysia
coz my grandpa passed away
r.i.p grandpa...
i never expect my summer homecoming would be our last meeting
T_T

many had happened
and i enjoyed a successful semester this term
got great grades, get slim (lost 16kgs) and maintained double digits
in terms of my weight (in kgs)
did really well in career service volunteer
and maintaining my current blog wif constant update
have a better relationship wif ma family and called more often
and finally let off the tangled, confused relationship
that haunts me for 4 months
long ei? xP
but...there is still something amiss
coz...i feel uncertain of the future
of a certain thing that keep on bugging me
im like, letting go of a trouble and letting another trouble
to come bug me...
seems like they won't let me off so easily eh?

had some "real human food" after4 months of suffering
Italian Pasta wif sausages, nice fresh bread

done!!! itz party time

finally, 2 months of training is finally over..i full-filled my promised, currently weighted at 95kgs (or 209 pounds for people who don't know KG).the starting weight was 111kgs, so i guess i lost 16kgs?? i ma the type of guy who means what i says!! Yuhuu!!! so, after successfully lossing so much weight, i think i shud celebrate too rite? xP

sc, know ya habis spm today, going for an insane movie marathon rite? i got ma own marathon too!!! so dis whole evening till nights, watched A Better Tomorrow (old movie, but a must watch for all humane call themself GUYS), re-watched Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (wow can't stop loving Captain Jack Sparrow...damn funny, damn anti-hero, damn eccentric, damn COOL!!! can watch POC over and over and over again...ahem...Gentlemen, MI LADY, you will always remember this is the day you almost caught, CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW!!!too many nice quotes though, cant list them all out, but no doubt...My favorite male actor of all time!!!) and re-watched high school musical 2 ( haha i LOVE the scene of Everyday and Gotta Go My Own Way...then starts the singing spree >.<)

before watching this, a lot of people tell me it is not as good as the first and third installment..it is as well lame and stupid and bla bla bla..well i HAVE to wac dis b4 watching the 3rd..sorry people, hsm roxx..ur comments won't affect me xP

so afta watching hsm 2, i av to totally agree that is is not as good as the 1st hsm, and for mi, it is kinda unorganized if that is the right word to use it..gabriella is still gorgeous and sweet <3, troy looks more handsome, chad is still wild n while for the others, nothing much change though.. n ya, sharpay...she is still as biatchy as the 1st hsm, well maybe even more???don't really like her xP

the lamest part of the show, is during the time sharpay + family playing golf, and troy + chad are the pity golf boys handling the golf bags n picking up golf balls..really can't stand tat part..and also the munga munga tribal dance which is set up so that troy and gabriella can't date..urgh..totally skip that part can't stand that SHARPAY!!!!! argh!!!

still some part i really like about the show..Brothers fight, but they are still brothers..T_T very touched by that even though i totally understand it and apply it in life..and it was quite saddening, when Gabriella sings "Gotta go my own way" to Troy..if i ma girl, sure tears well up my eyes..Why don't they give Gabriella a more major role in the 2nd installment????Sharpay steals most of the show doing lame things zzz...but anyways, I still love you Gabrielle!!!!

so close...to DeAtH...

two times,i was so so close to death..1st, at Australia, I was charging blindly across the street because that's what we used do, J-walking when a car just managed to stop in the slightest split seconds b4 it rams its heavy metal over my fragile body...
That was 2 years ago and i will never forget when sweat filled up my back and i was shocked and immobilize for several seconds until my dad pulled me across the street..I can't even hear the car hon-ing me...That, was the terrifying 1st time

today, the 2nd time strikes...This time, i was running across the street without using the pedestrian crossing in order to catch the bus that will take me to the chiropractic center. I have only 1 minute or else I will miss it and wait another 20 minutes which I will miss my appointment. My sight towards the right lane of the road, however, was blinded by another bus which was parking on the left side of the lane. Again, I charged recklessly. This time though, I manage to STOP in that 1/1000000 seconds before getting ram over by this red colored Honda Accord. Most unforgivable is the driver isn't even looking at the road!!She was so occupied by her companion in the car and was just talking non-stop to her. I was pleased that I managed to stop cause I won't be as lucky as in Australia.The body, soul and mind does work as one this time, coordinate me to STOP before get knock..The driver's mind was elsewhere, not even on the road...eff u b***h, and myself av to be careful next time though...

so close to death..it is better to avoid the grim reaper than to face it in hell..I am lucky to be blessed and escape death itself..hopefully i will still have that luck to avoid another might-happened car accident..more training on my mind, body and soul..bless me with the strength within myself, as i trust and believe only on myself, my thoughts and the inner driving force...

and if i am dead, i won't write anything here today, haha~~

i wanna change my lifestyle!!!
well ad been living quite healthy and full-filled:

working out 3-4 times per week
eat celery, lettuce, cucumber, tomato every morning
drink tea, drink a lot of water, and still drink milk ^_^
walk to school instead of bus..combating the weather everyday!!
say no to fry food, organic is the best
reading some meaningful books and meditate
study for 1-2 hours daily
slacking still when procrastinating (this had been minimize!!)
and wake up at 7 every morning!!!!

however, still need to improve, so i decided:
30-60 mins of latin american dance 2-3 times per week
develop a new thinking method and ways of approaching things
write my story (30 days gf) and in 10 days 1 chapter have to posted to my blog
keep in touch wif hometown friends, cozies and w/e i missed

relax...

finally, get killed in the midterm of the hardest course in this semester

don't care lar, as long pass this course, all is gud
we need to be optimistic ^_^
so...went to have BUBBLE BATH after all the hassles at school
but 1st hor, really have to dust off the bathtub
or else i won't even dare to stay inside for more than 1 minute =x
of course mi bathtub not as fancy as the picture shows
but hor..next time got money gonna buy one fancy one
love to enjoy that 15-30 minutes soaking in the water
total relaxation of mind and body
so nice
and you will smell extremely nice after the bath!!!
it is the total relaxation method in a harsh and competitive environment of uni

ntg much happened today, just an exam that i hate it so much
diabetes, metabolism, fructose...
argh!!!!
but was cheered up by anie though
she always says, she have faith on me and always believe that i am a smart guy

weekend routine

weekends routine:

8:00-9:30: Getting up
10:00-11:30: Working out
11:30-13:00: Bath, Eat and Read newspaper
13:00-17:00: Study, Online, Hang Out, Sleep, Laundry
17:00-18:00: Free time, Do whatever I like
18:00-20:00: Dinner, Movie, Phone
20:00-23:00: Study, Reading, Assignment
23:00-00:00: Music, and Sleep
It was basically the same as last year
but the working out in the morning is the only thing modified and added
6 packs...when are you popping out?? xP
my cozie says: guys wif 6 packs are sexy

tired...but still excited!~!

maybe i shouldn't be blogging at this crisis moment
but anyways...
went to safeway ice cream factory
where they manufacture lucerne ice cream
gone thru the sanitation, freezing, storage, critical point control stuff
@.@ it is really not an easy task to manage all this stuff
but anyways, we got a lot of free ice cream, which make the trip worthwhile
i need to do extra exercise bcoz i really have too much 2day xP
and the storage area visit is totally epic
we are in there wif lab coats and hair nets where the temp was -20..
(WHERES MY WINTER ATTIRES???)That was in everyones mind
zzz, the fearless 7 team, made it alive after staying in the storage area for 5 minutes

pot luck

today had a pot luck at chun yan's place
meet a lot of friends and have fun hanging out
a friend even wanted to introduce a girl in my faculty to me
since he is a drama producer for the Chinese students
i recommended myself to be part of his movie in the future
just for fun, not saying myself having great talents in acting
but who knows, i might be turned into a big star?? xP
anyways damn tired, gonna go to sleep
and today was quite effective
finished a very hard assignment which is due in 5 days

making ice cream!!!

Today's lab was one of the best ever.
Why?? We get to make ice cream and eventually tasted it!!!

it is a total mixture of:
523.26g cream
150.00g white sugar
37.95g skim milk powder
288.79g 2% milk
and 1ml of vanilla extract

this is the machine for mixing the ice cream

this is the end product
look soggy and soft, but it is really sweet and tasty!!

anyways, punished myself to run 45 minutes in the gym
and walk home which used up 15 minutes
