I have never read the Book of Mormon cover to cover in a short amount of time... I found this challenge online and decided to try it. Join me if you want :) Happy Reading!!
I know it is kinda late getting started, but I am already almost caught up. Or just try to read in 70 days. I have only been doing it for 2 days and I feel like I am waking up in a better mood and I have never felt like the Book of Mormon was a story that I need to keep reading and see what happens, but reading it this quick and with prayer I totally want to keep reading. I AM LOVING IT.

Rambling about summer & my yard
My boys are already loving the summer... we basically live outside! My boys go outside so often and leave the door open in case they need me while I am cooking or cleaning or whatever- it makes me hesitant to turn on the AC so I am trying to stay strong and keep it off a little longer.
Right now we have just over half of our back yard grass planted and starting to peek through the dirt. It will be nice when we have a back yard full of grass - next summer hopefully. We have been doing so much yard work, and I am loving it!! We will get cement in the next 3 weeks or so, and I will finally have a front porch so people can come to my front door!! The boys are so used to playing in the dirt, so once there is cement there we mind need a sandbox!! I put in a flower bed in my front yard, and we are working on getting a fire pit in our back yard. We got rain gutters and depending on how much money we put into cement will depend on if we paint the exterior of our home this year or not! I SO want to!! Our yard face lift has been fun working on it, but I am the type that I started and now I want the results... like right now! I am learning patience waiting on my flowers to bloom from seeds and waiting on my grass to grow! At least we have Andrea's yard we can enjoy while ours is still a work in progress. We have also loved the new stroller and go for walks almost every night!

Memorial Weekend Camping Trip
Like many other years, we decided to go camping over Memorial weekend. The boys were so so excited. While we were loading the horse trailer, Kelson sat in the van waiting to leave for about 45 minutes. He was ready to be camping!! We went to Canaan Mt. over by Escalante to camp. We drove into Tropic for the Shakespear family reunion on Saturday. It was fun to play at the park and visit family. The boys hunted and the girls went to the petrified forest on Sunday and we also enjoyed just sitting around being lazy in the wind. We had such a fun time!
