It has been awhile since we have updated. We enjoyed lots of fun things this year but the best part came early November....our newest addition Leah Dawn Spencer. She was born November 3 and weighed 7 pounds 10 ounces and was 21 inches long. She has been such a fun addition to our family. And although it is taking mom a few weeks to figure out two kids, it is so great to have her here and a part of our family. We all love her to death, even Alyssa. Alyssa has been a great big sister and shows Leah off with pride and is even a little possessive of her! Leah is now over 2 months old and we are settling into being a family of four.
We enjoyed lots of fun things this past year including playgroup which was always a highlight! Allreds also lived with us for a month. We went camping as a family as well as to Willard Bay and Island Park. And much much much more.
Alyssa also turned 2 this past year. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW BIG GETTING!! She is such a great help to me and has such a tender heart. I love watching and listening to her play. She is always making me laugh. She is becoming a great big sister and my right hand. She loves to play with her dad and grandma still. She just absorbs life and everything around her. I can't imagine life without her!
Trevor and I have had a good. We enjoyed teaching Sunday School together until Trevor got put in the Elders Quorum Presidency. Trevor also switched units in the hospital from the ER to the Echo Lab. It has been a fairly good change. The only downer for me is he has to travel now and has been on a couple of over night trips.
We are still trying to figure out the Lord's plan for us as well. Not sure what the future holds, but as long as we have each other we can get through anything!!!
