FREEDOM IS HERE! i'm freed frm work finally. have been working for the past few weeks and i've realised tt the outside world is really political. unhapiness, gossipping, disagreements i've seen them all for myself. sometimes i just feel tt its hard not to follow the crowd, to do what most ppl will deemed as the norm. its hard. but i guess we must all be firm in our convictions to bring forth what we believe. :D that's when we'll be able to impact the lives of many. the thing i like abt working in GRAND HYATT is tt we're able to bring the cakes back if its not sold out for the day. YAYYY.
met up with GEOKHIAN today! it has been long since we've seen each other. really glad tt she's doing well in her studies. FYI, she's one of the best in her class. proud of her man! :D many thanks to her. she's the one who've helped me a lot for my O LEVEL amaths. i can still remember the day before my amaths second paper, she met me up after her work at ard 10plus just to teach me velocity and other topics. at tt time, i was really touched! despite her tiredness, she came all the way frm city hall to hougang just to teach me amaths. because of tt, i got C5 for my amaths. okay. even though my result is not very GREAT, it's still a pass right? HAHA. FYI, i didnt pass my amaths sch exam at ALL!
okay. so, we went to watch the ROGUE ASSASSIN. wowww. this movie is kinda gory with lots of killings here and there. overall, i like the twist at the end best! i would say tt this movie is worth the watch. but PLEASE be prepared to see ruthless JET LI killing lots of innocent ppl. LOL. i really love geok's company! HAHA. :D
after tt, i went to lau pau sa to hv diner with celestine, yanwen, evangeline, thomas and weihong. one word - DISAPPOINTING! i expected the food there to be above average but to my disppointment, most of the food there dosent seem to taste good at all. CHOMP CHOMP is really a much better choice. but at least it filled my stomach! haha. oh.. our class is celebrating jiajing's birthday tmr! :D

yea. got my results on wed and i did badly for it. i was quite sad for like one and a half hours but i'm fine after tt. still, thank GOD! i know tt i did not do my best for this exam. sometimes i think tt i really deserve to be whacked real hard or sth. guess i shouldnt even be so sad when i didnt give my best. yes, i did mug super hard when exam is approaching but i didnt really give my best shot when it comes to test. for this, i really deserve a low GPA.

haha. was dead beat for the past two weeks. really. it became worse for ytd and today. cause i was down with flu and sore throat. ENDURE! that's the only thing i can encourage myself! HAHA. :D but still there's sth to be happy abt. last fri it was STEAMBOAT REUNION DINNER WITH EX-NED! it was one of the only relaxing time i had last week.
i was late for the steamboat because of work. but i was there on time to eat the vegetables. ._. all thanks to SUNNY! thanks so much for giving me the oh-so-green vegetables. HAHA. after tt we went one round to share how our lives have been throughout this six mths. well, some are doing great with their studies and ministry while some are not really doing tt well. no matter what, i would like to see you all at the end of the race.
LOL. and i'm glad i went cause it was really a time of catching up with them. i really thank GOD tt NED is really like a family whereby we helped each other to grow when we're having our O LEVELS just last year. EX-NED is more than a unit to me. it was simply a family to me. a family of GOD! okay, i really miss them very much! those times of mugging so hard for prelims and then to O's. I LOVENED EX-NED! haha. ohya. it was a pity tt dawn wasnt able to make it in the end cause of cg. but its okay, we'll hv a gathering real soon again right? HAHAHA.

HAPPY 16TH BIRTHDAY, HOPE! this year, we had it at downtown east and it was totally cool! however, i was feeling a bit unwell before the service as i was having some cramps and all. thank God i was alright before the service has started. :D after service, i went home with lynda. i'm sorry tt i wasnt able to stay for the birthday celebration for phoebe. :( haha. anw even though i think you'll not see this. thanks a lot lynda for asking your friend to fetch me home from sengkang! you're really very nice! HAHA. ohya. thanks for the cup of coke too! appreciate it a lot! anw out of the sudden, it just dawned to me tt we've already come to the end of september! time flies! it seems to me tt the anniversary in expo and O's has just ended. one year has already passed. more has to be achieved! realised tt i didnt really achieve much spiritually, academically and physically. i want more and more!
God, i want to run back in your arms again! that's the best thing i can ever do.
ohya, i would like to cheer dawn on! JIAYOU! its your last lap to your BIG promos. its stress i know. just HANG ON! i believe you can do it! GOD BELIEVES IN YOU TOO! :D sometimes i'm really amazed by you. you really worked uber hard ever since you're in JC! even though i'm not in JC, i can truly understand what you're gg through. project work, swimming lessons, piano lessons, cg, service, hmworks... etc. its really not easy to balance everything well. but i'm glad you somehow did it! :D JIAYOU DAWN! GO GO GO!(lol, that's what you always say to cheer me on! so, that's for you!) i miss your jokes, presence, encouragments, serving with you and just simply you!

i'm so tired now! haha. i just had my dinner half and hour ago. today was spent working AGAIN! YOU KNOW WHAT! when i was on my way to my workplace, my supervisor called to ask me to come to work at 6pm instead. its like my work is starting at 3pm and she called at 2.30pm to tell me? SAD RIGHT? so i've got nth to do for the whole three and a half hours. i tried calling some ppl but they were not free. haha. sunday is a family day, YOU SEE. but really want to thank God for dawn, jalea and elmo/cookie monster/big bird for giving me some suggestions to spend my 3 and a half hours. in the end, i chose to go home. HAHA.
ohya. i got my schedule for the next 2 weeks of work which is also the last 2 weeks.(cause i'm only working for 3 weeks) yea. sadly, i have to work for almost everyday except sat which i requested not to work. still, THANKGOD! because i dont need to work on sat. that's really sth to be happy abt. YAY. SO HAPPY! LOL. i just have to endure for another 2 more weeks and i can really have my hols. YAYYYY. i'm veh sorry, ming chin, wanxin and meltay! next week i'm not able to go swimming with you all because of my veh tight schedule. after the 2 weeks then we go swimming k? :D
anw, ytd we had farewell for JULI! she's going to paris for student exchange programme for abt three and a half mths. sorry, i think my acting was rather lousy ytd as i was laughing all the way. BUT.. i still want to thank elmo/cookie monster/big bird for giving me this chance to act. i really enjoyed all the rehearsals we had. THANK YOU shuling, josie, desiree, celestine, jeyraj, weihong, evangeline, benjamin for the portable speakers and lynda for helping with the music! :D ohya.
JULI, i hope you'll find the vitamin C and the lip gloss useful. i'm sure you'll prosper in your walk with GOD even though you're in paris because of your simple desire! HAVE A SAFE JOURNEY AND I'LL PRAY FOR YOU! :D
whoooo. ytd's sermon really spoke to my heart as pastor jeff preached abt how to make my faith work. i dont know abt you. but sometimes i do feel that i'm such a hyprocrite. i can still remember those times where i promised God that i want to do this and do that but all these things will nv be fulfilled. TALK IS CHEAP, ACTION IS DEEP! i'm imperfect, GOD! i really dont want to just talk abt it, be emotional abt it but actions doesnt follow suite. GOD, i really want to live out my faith. it is when we truly and truly and truly and truly believe, we'll then live it out.
FAITH must move beyond the verbal realms and emotional realms, it must move to the practical realm.
I JUST WANT TO SCREAM! JESUS PLEASE HELP ME, I DONT WANT TO JUST USE WORDS AND SAY BUT I WANT MY ACTIONS TO FOLLOW SUITE!

I GOT A TEMPORARY JOB! this time round its really really by God's grace that i got this job? you know why? SAY WHY! HAHA. because this job actually requires me to work on sat and sun but i stood firm in my decision tt i dont want to work on sat! YAY! the mananger was like asking me whether i can dont go church for these three weeks and i said NO firmly! its really a miracle that i can get the job and not work on sat!(even meirong thinks that i may not get the job) BUT... GOD REALLY WORKS WONDER WHEN I CHOOSE TO NOT COMPROMISE! the good thing is that i only need to work for like 3 weeks in the hols which means i can spend my remanining hols on other stuffs.(cause my job is to sell mooncakes) :D so happy MAN! :D and i just want to thank MEI RONG AKA RONG JIE for introducing me this job. THANK YOU SO MUCH, RONG JIE!
WOWWW! ytd and today was really a veh fun and fulfilling day! the first thing i did when i woke up on fri was to check my phone. cause i remembered asking a lot of ppl whether are they gg back to hihs to visit the teachers. sadly, most of my friends are not going back accept for one or two. initially i really want to go back to visit the teachers and also to eat the hokkien mee in hihs. its super nice la! i mean the hokkien mee. i can still remember that i was always laughed at by my friends because i ate hokkien mee for recess everyday w/o fail. but when ruijun smsed me that the hokkien mee store wasnt open, i didnt really have anymore motivation to go back to sch. HAHA. its not that i dont love the teachers or what, but the fact is that majority of my teachers were transferred to another sch this year. another reason why i didnt go back was tt i've to meet wanxin, meltay and dawn to watch movie and shopping later. so didnt really have much time. HAHA. anw, ytd was a fun day cause meltay, wanxin and i went to bugis street to shop while waiting for dawn to come and join us.(she has projects to do. LOL) i bought two 3/4 pants, ear studs and one shirt which meltay bought it too. she bought the pink colour one and i bought the black colour one. :D after we shop and shop and still shop, we went back to the cathay to meet dawn. haha. and she's really uber funny! meltay asked her where is she and you know what she replied?
i'm flying over now. luckily i wore goggles! SUPER LAME LA, DAWN!
ohya. we watched RATATOUILLE! the movie is quite cute besides for the fact that it was quite draggy i feel. and wanxin and dawn almost fall asleep when the movie is coming to an end. ._. LOL. after the movie, we headed to chelmin's hse to eat and mingle ard.(actually it is suppose to be some gathering) actually i didnt really want to go but meltay keep asking me to go so i went. saw a lot of ppl whom i havent been seeing for ages. haha. YAYYY! :D
meltay's head was cut off! LOL.

ohya. today was fun because i think the sermon ROCKS! haha. it simply reminded me of a phrase. "Be in the world but not of the world" its hard sometimes but God is gonna help me just like how he helped me time and time again. like seriously. there's really uncountable times tt i feel tt i'm really gonna be deadmeat yet I'M NOT! HAHAHAHA. :D anw, while i was taking the escalator down to nel, i saw LYNDA! haha. i talked to her in this trip back home and i managed to get to know her better. lol. wah! she's really a uber hardworking and independent person man! i used to think tt she's SUPER DAO but aiya she's not la. she's uber FRIENDLY! haha. YAYYY! :D
