AHHH i just wrote a really long entry and it all disappeared. oh well. :( but the entry was for paula, tze hui and lynette.. love you lots. and to all my girlfriends of RJCSB.. love youa ll to bits. And for my batch.. you're the inspiration through all the pains of late and I love you all lots. :) i realised i love a lot of people. haha. SYF is 9 days away.. and counting. Just really worried since we sounded like shit at A tempo. I thought we sounded good on the day itself but then when i listened to the recording.. The Chosen really was terrible. Lower brasses are like completely gone.. argh. ok must really pray hard that we get into presentation.. I really want to go to presentation.. must work hard..
To me, the week before SYF is always the miracle week. Will always remember sec 4 when in the week of SYF, everyone was putting in effort and I cam eout of band prac feeling fulfilled. Hopefully it'll bel ike that again this year.. last SYF..
Toh Qi and I were talking this morning and we were suddenly struck with the fact that next year, we'd all be flying off and we might never see each other again. Time really does pass very quickly.. and I wanted to cry. Really love school life.. really love my friends. I've been with these people for so long..

aw. i really miss my sec 2 clique. shun ling, the mad one. hui yan, the mother. yong jeng, the bullied. jocelyn, the chiobu. oaf, the bullier. lorenda, the bullier also. vivvy, the cute one. and me. those were good days.
i feel truly blessed.

helloooo!! ok yay i'm back. paula said the last entry didn't count as one so.. oops anyway, my internet is finally up. apparently, i unconciously set up some kind of firewall that didn't allow me to access the internet. don't really understand it myself, but the only thing that matters is that my internet is working again! it's kinda sad. my msn nick is still "happy chinese new year!'' goodness.
anyway, what new developments have there been? frankly speaking, if i were to list down whatever has been going on, i'd never finish. hmph. today was the last band prac before a tempo xvi. it sounded quite messy for practically all the pieces but i have to say that rj band is quite powerful :) as in can feel the impact. cheryl said we sounded really good so i was very happy :) but yah we still have a lot to work on.. which is quite scary considering the concert is like 2 days away. alumni sounds fantastic!! oh my goodness.. they're damn pro.. but then, they are the alumni :) practice was until about 4 pm so my lips were dying like crazy. after that, paulee and i went to macritchie reservoir to run. well, i had no energy to run so we walked :) i haven't been there in years. i mean, the last time i was there, feeding the fish was considered legal.
we went to see the lim bo seng memorial and this gigantic iguana ran across our path.. i nearly got a heart attack. i yelled so loudly. it was at least 30 cm long. sheesh. then we went to the boardwalk by the reservoir, which was really quite nice. after that we went on the 10 km route. there are so many monkeys there.. it was quite scary. there was one point on the path where there were like 8 and i got chills all over.. damn scary. we walked for about 6 km but unfortunately, we got kind of lost and ended up at island country club. that's damn far.. so i was quite panicked because i didn't have my phone with me and i knew that i would get screwed when i got home. luckily there was this nice guy who gave us a lift all the way back to macritchie. i got home around 9 so i did get kind of screwed but oh well.
che and ben came over! :) we were talking about prince charles' and camilla parker bowles' wedding. aunty dorreen said that she couldn't be bothered to watch 2 old people getting married. bah. ok that's enough for today. my brain is very fried.. ok not my brain im' physically fried. :) ooh and i saw yolyn and peiling today! :) ok ok will go and sleep now. to paula, tzes, clarine and chong, yay i have finally updated. the next step is to go online.. which i will do tmr :) take care and God bless!
