I hope everyone is having a great end of week! Sadly it's the end of Spring Break and I'm still away with my munchkins enjoying it to the very end, but on Monday it's back to school and soon it will be Teacher Appreciation week. So this Fun Friday at Your Next Stamp the theme is Celebrations who better to celebrate but a Teacher!

The sentiment is from the new set released earlier this month called Whatnots Sentiments Set One and the sweet little girl is Spectacular and she is SPECTACULAR! It's filled with pencils right now but I intend to filled it with sweets for my munchkins teacher. I also have to make one more. Luckily Spectacular is so quick and fun to color!

CRAFT Challenge #200 on Mother's Day

Happy Spring everyone! We are just a few days into it and I know there are some places that are not quite there but think of it this way, you are a wee bit closer than you were in January! A Photo Inspired Challenges at C.R.A.F.T.

Welcome to another Thursday and another great challenge over at C.R.A.F.T. I have been honored to be a Guest Designer this month and it's been a great blast. I have had a chance to play with some really fun digi's. Last week it was Kenny K for the first time and this week one of our fantastic sponsors is the Stamp Fairy.

This week we are photo inspired! Dressed in pink and I added blue for shading, Molly is holding her bunny as tight as she can. I had s fun adding grass and some "doodled" flowers too. The paper is from my stash by Echo Park from a previous year collection.

So what I do have to share? Meet Twinkie! The sweetest little lamb. I have quite a few friends with babies on the way. Good thing I didn't drink the water at thier houses! Both of them decided not to find out what thier babies are. HOPEfully one is having a girl and the other a boy. I'm at least ready of one of them, LOL!

Twinkie is color in grey and shades of blue for the boy frame and shades of pink and grey for the girl. My little frames were a find at the dollar store and the paper is from Kaiser Craft Lullaby collection. Too cute! They are standing frames too! 

I wish I had a better wall picture to share. I am in the middle of repainting the interior of my house. These were the only two nails still in the wall. LOL!

I had an Oops moment! I was supposed to stick to the Tasty Tuesday inspiration theme this month for our sneak peek but I was so excited about this cute idea I forgot. It has a little of the Tasty theme....it's a drink! LOL!!

Everyone's Irish for a Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! What a fun day this is! There are celebrations all around and best part it includes my favorite color! Do you have any great plans for today? I'm keeping it low key and saving it for next week for vacation, 5 days and counting!

I did want to show off my first Little Miss Muffet Stamp. This is Swings and Slides Good Luck and honestly it was the perfect sentiment too. I have to tell you it's been a while since a created a full background and I just love the way the clouds came out in this one.  I really love the way this card turned out.

I have to admit this one was quite a challenge for me too. I was not in the Christmas groove but then I got to see our sponsors that quickly changed. I was excited to get my feet wet with my first Kenny K image. It's not that I didn't know about them, I was just always a little intimidated about coloring them. BUT now that I got my feet wet or fingers inked and I am hooked! I got a couple more  from them and I can't wait  for the weekend to sit and relax and color!

Tasty Tuesday a Yummy Inspiration

Well it's time for another Tasty Tuesday over at Your Next Stamp's Blog and if you haven't already joined us last week there is still plenty of time since it runs all month long. Our inspiration comes from Pinterest every month and this month it's truly mouth watering! I can only imagine what these drinks would taste like but they scream spring and summer! For all those still in the snow of winter this will certainly remind you that Spring is around the corner and soon you will be enjoying this out on a beach or patio chair by the pool!

In keeping with the tasty, how about some lollipops with a little prize. I just love the Smiley Critter Crew stamps they are so fun and whimsical and make the cutest little favor treats. Here I used  the lady bug and added some wiggle eyes for giggles. They are foam mounted on a scallop punch so that I can slip the lollipop stick up the center. Add a little pin back and yeah a cute little prize!  The lollipop cover is also one of YNS's new great dies, it's the perfect size for cutting on 6x6 paper. What a time saver since I plan to send these little cuties to my munchkins classes...about 30 kids!

A Beautiful Day for a Ride

Hello Bloggy Friends! Happy Saturday! What are your plans for today? I plan to spend some time outside, it is absolutely stunning out this morning! It's a gorgeous day here in Florida for a bike ride and as much I want to head to the beach, it's still a little cool for my blood and too breezy. That just puts sand in places you don't want! LOL!

Last weekend I had a super productive weekend! I got all kinds of projects together. I was so excited! I'm hoping to do the same this week too....but not until sundown.

So here is one to share, this is from Stamping Bella and I don't recall her name right now. She's so sweet with her bike. I colored in Copics and  I own a ton of Flowersoft but rarely used. It definitely suited the flowers in her basket this time. I colored he background but I see not dark enough to show in pictures. I will keep that in mind for the future.

 I'm on a countdown til vacation and I have my fingers crossed that my 10 days will be as lovely as today. This is the best time of year here. Not too hot and not too cool.

I'm a Guest Designer at CRAFT

Hello friends, I have exciting news. This month I am a guest designer for CRAFT. I was honored to be asked in December and this is my month! Can you believe it's March already?! I'm very excited it's here since at the end of the month I will be on VACATION!! I never needed one as much as I need one now. I'm also excited because my best friend is coming down too!

I'm sure he is counting the days too. This has been a heck of a winter up north, so much snow. and even though he's a firefighter, it's still too cold! We even had some chilly days here in Florida but nothing to compare. I have my fingers crossed that we will have much warmer weather while he's here. I'm looking forward to the beach and a great time with my girls while they are on Spring Break.

On to our challenge this month. Have you guessed what the theme is? It's EASTER or SPRING. Beary Cute Birthday Bear!

Happy Friday everyone! Do you have any crafty plans this weekend? I'm looking forward to some new goodies that should arrive today or tomorrow and I plan to ink them up and play! It's going to be a chilly weekend here...I know nothing like what's been happening up north. We call it snuggle weather. It's days like this that it's so hard to roll out of bed for work!

I'm trying my best to catch up with some cards that I have had waiting to be posed. This one is one of them. My Daddy's birthday was in December! Talk about belated! I never really gave it to him, I wound up doing something else. The sentiment is simple enough I will probably change to Happy Father's Day!. He will probably see it then, LOL!!

Coloring bears is a challenge for me! but I think I nailed it on this one! He is one of my favorite Lily of the Valley Stamps and the DP is from Simple Stories, Happy Day. One of the challenges I'm joining today is something old. Both the image and paper are from my older stash of paper and stamps. Not too old though and still just too cute!

So my other crafty plans this weekend?...well my local scrapbook store is no longer so I'm back to finding one when I am on my travels. This weekend I am headed south to visit my sister and there is a big scrapbook store down her way, you know I have to take a look! There is a great little bagel shoppe right next to it so I will just drop my sister there for a little bit, paper and stamps don't excite her, lol!
