Life has been crazy around here since Friday morning.
Yesterday our house went on the market and we actually had a call for a walk through that evening!!  Devin and I spent all day Sunday cleaning the heck out of this place to make it perfect, so yesterday I just had some picking up to do.  But man, I tuned into a crazy woman about 1/2 hour before the walk through.  I made Devin hold Sailyr so that she could not touch anything and I went around putting perfect touches on everything.  Were were rearranging light bulbs for perfect lighting, I was windexing anything that might be able to shine,  I fluffed pillows and curtains so that they would look just right.  You would think Home and Gardens magazine was coming over by how particular I was getting. We heard from the real estate agent today and he said the walk through went great!  Our house was the first that they looked at so they want to see a few more homes before they put a offer on anything.  But lucky for us there is not much more to see out here in ol' Tonopah.
My Fingers are Crossed Crossed Crossssssssssssed.
I am hoping we hear from them by next week or so.
PAH-LEASE!
But I have had 3 other people show interest in it as well, so hopefully in the next month we get something.

Man, talk about a lot to think about.

Anyway, Sailyr is getting so funny (and so moody) I have seen her temper come out a few times... actually not really her temper, just her pouting if she cant play with a razor, or eat the dogs food.  Little stinker, and she is into EVERYTHING.  You should see my house right now, the living room and her bedroom has an even coating of toys.  You would never guess that this morning it was spot less.
But she is talking so much, she says "hi" all the time and to everyone, especially dogs.  Its so funny.  She also says Cheese, sounds like "eeeeeeeees" thats also how she says Please.
Still says thankyou or "tak to" when we hand her something.
She loves playing with Lucy, seriously loves it.  She chases after her and rolls around on her, just laughing as hard as she can.

For the most part we are just so excited to get to Idaho Falls, we have been talking to people about were to live and have kinda decided on looking at a few small towns that are 10 minutes or less from Devin's work.  I love the idea of small farm life, and I would defiantly feel better about Sailyr going to a smaller school.  There are also so many homes right now that are for sale, at great prices! And everyone we talk to says its just beautiful there.  Tonopah is such a great place and I am so sad to say good bye, but I have a great feeling about Idaho!!!

We are going to have to buy a lawn mower!!!
Yay!

Were Moving!!

We got the phone call Friday morning and Dev accepted!

In less than 60 days we will be moving to Idaho Falls!

And we are so excited!!

Idaho Falls is prime pumpkin growing country!
(thats all I really cared about:)

We spent all day today cleaning, the real estate agent came and took pictures to get up online.  Everyone just pray that we can sell our house and the snow cone shack (or at least that everything works out).

Ok, thats all for today.
YAY, we get to have a green summer!!!!

My grandma texted me today to see why I have not been blogging.
I will not tell you what she thought the reason was.... :)
Silly Grandma.

The other day one of the Grandpa's of one of the dancers gave me a disc with some pictures he took of us performing.  So here are just a few.

(I look like a kid napper in this picture:)

(this picture cracks me up, my girls know their 1st position spots perfectly.... until they get in front of a crowd.  Then they cant remember a thing.  These 4 girls got stuck on  the side of the floor and I had to remind them to join their team in the center of the floor so we could begin :)

They are so cute!
Dance has been over for a few weeks now, and to say its a relief would be an understatement. By the end of the season I get so stressed out, and so worn out.  Mostly having to do with scheduling performances and making sure every ones costume fits, stuff like that.  I love the girls, and am always so sad to say good bye for the winter.  But the few months that we have a break is always nice.  Can you believe the studio just finished its 3rd season.  Crazy.

ok grandma, I am going to go defrost my fingers now :)

sailyr smiles

The best part of the day-
When Sailyr wakes up and I go to get her out of her crib.  Right when I open the door she looks up at me and with the biggest smile on her face says "Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii"!
Its soooo cute.
Then I pick her up and take her into the living room, usually Lucy is hanging out somewhere.  So right when Sailyr sees Lucy she does the same thing.  "Hiiiiiiiii"!

Looking at these pictures makes me realize there is not much (if any) baby left in her.
She looks like a little girl.
I would be sad, but man... She is so fun right now!

Happy Valentines Day!!!
We are having a great day,
Sailyr got lots of love cards from Grandmas!
Which she loved...
well to be honest, she loved the envelopes they came in!
She even got the cutest little piano from Grandma E,
I got a video of her dancing as it plays...
one day I will get it uploaded.
Thankyou Grandmas!! Your wonderful!!

It has also been so cold here,
it snowed yesterday.
So we have really just been stuck inside.
Which is ok with me!
Devin had one more meeting to go to.
he will be back Friday.
Then he is ours forever.
Bahahahahaha (evil laugh)
Sailyr and I have been plotting >:)

Have a Great Valentines Day,
We love you all!

the week in which sailyr decides her 'da' is hilarious!

For some reason, ever since Dev got home last weekend Sailyr has decided he is so funny.  She has come up with this loud, FAKE, obnoxious,  funny laugh that she does when ever he gets home from work.  I think its cause she had not seen him in a while and the second he got home he played with her and must have got her laughing or something.  So now she cant help but do put on this fake little happy laugh when he comes home.
She is learning so much now,
She says OTOH (I guess that's how you spell it), Thank you (sounds like take too) I have also heard her copy words I say, like yucky.
She can also get off the couch by herself and is really close to being able to climb on.
If you ask her she can go get her blanky, car, or ball.
She does sign language for hungry, it was really the only word I was really working on.  So now that she has it down I am moving on to milk, more, bed, water, stop.
She also still barks when ever she sees a dog.  Even if its on t.v. she will bark at it.
Funny girl.

Da!

Our daddy is coming home today!!!!
YAYYYYY!
Its about time, we miss him.
A few times throughout the day Sailyr picks up my cell phone and puts it to her ear and yells "Da!!"
Then she puts it up to my ear and says "Da."
But when I put the phone up to her ear when he is really on the line, she gets a bit of stage fright.
And just breaths really loud.
Yay!
I'm so excited!
