Life has been crazy around here since Friday morning.
Yesterday our house went on the market and we actually had a call for a walk through that evening!! Devin and I spent all day Sunday cleaning the heck out of this place to make it perfect, so yesterday I just had some picking up to do. But man, I tuned into a crazy woman about 1/2 hour before the walk through. I made Devin hold Sailyr so that she could not touch anything and I went around putting perfect touches on everything. Were were rearranging light bulbs for perfect lighting, I was windexing anything that might be able to shine, I fluffed pillows and curtains so that they would look just right. You would think Home and Gardens magazine was coming over by how particular I was getting. We heard from the real estate agent today and he said the walk through went great! Our house was the first that they looked at so they want to see a few more homes before they put a offer on anything. But lucky for us there is not much more to see out here in ol' Tonopah.
My Fingers are Crossed Crossed Crossssssssssssed.
I am hoping we hear from them by next week or so.
PAH-LEASE!
But I have had 3 other people show interest in it as well, so hopefully in the next month we get something.
Man, talk about a lot to think about.
Anyway, Sailyr is getting so funny (and so moody) I have seen her temper come out a few times... actually not really her temper, just her pouting if she cant play with a razor, or eat the dogs food. Little stinker, and she is into EVERYTHING. You should see my house right now, the living room and her bedroom has an even coating of toys. You would never guess that this morning it was spot less.
But she is talking so much, she says "hi" all the time and to everyone, especially dogs. Its so funny. She also says Cheese, sounds like "eeeeeeeees" thats also how she says Please.
Still says thankyou or "tak to" when we hand her something.
She loves playing with Lucy, seriously loves it. She chases after her and rolls around on her, just laughing as hard as she can.
For the most part we are just so excited to get to Idaho Falls, we have been talking to people about were to live and have kinda decided on looking at a few small towns that are 10 minutes or less from Devin's work. I love the idea of small farm life, and I would defiantly feel better about Sailyr going to a smaller school. There are also so many homes right now that are for sale, at great prices! And everyone we talk to says its just beautiful there. Tonopah is such a great place and I am so sad to say good bye, but I have a great feeling about Idaho!!!
We are going to have to buy a lawn mower!!!
Yay!
