Well, Sailyr went and turned 9 months old on me.
I asked her why she did that and she just smiled and crawled away.
I guess some day I will forgive her, but not today. :)
We were in Panguitch for most the week so I did some 9 month pictures of here there.
We also got lots of time in with Grandma Lois, Grandma Farnsworth, Grandma Englestead, and even got to go see Grandpa Excell and ride in the tractor.
Then we headed out to camp. Devin camped the entire week, but Sailyr and I rode out with Grandma Englestead that weekend. They had a great time hunting and were pretty successful, as you can see. When i get devin's camera maybe i will post more hunting pictures.
Yay! A picture with Grandpa Englestead!!! I had to sneak this picture in hoping she would not see me, luckily she did not cry.
She is walking with help and pulling herself up to furniture now. Wont be long before she is walking.
On our way home we went over Cedar Breaks to see the leaves changing.
Below is my cabin, I had to get a picture of all the pretty trees!
Loooooove the cabin!
We had no tri-pod so we were just trying to balance the camera on rocks or stumps. We were having the hardest time trying to get a good family picture. In the pic below my hair was being wind blown...
This one is probably the best, although it was really dark and I had to lighten it up... so that makes for bad printing quality....
And this one Sailyr was laughing at me trying to run and jump over logs before the timer ran out, so she reached up and grabbed my face right when I got there...
I love this time of year, it defiantly got me in the fall spirit! The leaves were so beautiful, I think we caught it at prime time with all the orange, reds, and yellows. Makes me want to just build a little cabin at panguitch lake and just stay cooped up from September to May.
Looking at all of this made me really not want to return to dusty ol' Tonopah...
But as soon as we pulled into the drive way of our house a burst of purple caught my eye. All of our Purple Cosmos bloomed! And they are huge! Some as big as my hand!
I guess life is beautiful no matter where you live...
You just have to find it!
