Random Photos: Part 1

Hazel, the daughter of pharoh, has pledged to rule in peace and harmony.
Everett looks a little like a big pile of....you know :)

Hazel's new look ::)

3 Peas in a Pod

Hazel's smile is looking more natural than before, but Everett may still be a year or two away.

Here is Eunsuk and the kids spending some family time shelling peas.

Samsung Children's Museum

Everett plays with the biggest cell phone we have ever seen. It probably wouldn't fit in his pocket or backpack for that matter.

Chief Hazel ready for orders. Italian delicacies are her speciality. Namely, mac & cheese.

Everett poses as our space explorer. Contemplating the far reaches of the universe is serious stuff as shown by his facial expression.

Hazel is dressed to build at the construction zone. Hard hat and safety vest are a must.

Hazel enjoys loading "bricks" to the second story of the construction site using a pulley system. Who knew construction could be so fun.

We visited another museum. This place was all for kids featuring four stories of construction, cooking, space, water works, music, and transportation.

National History Museum

Everett enjoyed banged the ancient drum from Korea's Three Kingdoms period. His drum stroke was so swift that his arm was a blur to our high-powered optic lense. Bong, bong, bong...is still ringing in my ears. :)

Hazel poses as a Koguryo warrior riding into battle with bow and arrow arched and ready for any foe that dares cross her path.

Hazel is anointed the new ruler of the Silla Dynasty. Her first decree is to make every Monday, Thursday, odd, and even numbered days Kids Candy Day to be celebrated at the beginning of breakfast and dinner.

Everett admires the stone man for his rigid string instrument play. The musician was too busy playing to answer Everett's many questions.

Our family outing to the Korean National History Museum was a lot of fun. We saw a variety of ancient pottery to documents to Korea's neighboring countries. But, the true highlight was the children's history section. It featured an array of interactive historical treats for the eyes and mind.

Recent Photos

Here are some recent photos that we took while shopping yesterday at Lotte Department Store. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, and activities. We only had time for shopping and eating out this trip. We definitely need another day to explore the complex. There was also a lion water fountain that the Hazel and Everett enjoyed.

We're Back
