A Beautiful Paragraph

I'm still working on that nice nice post I mentioned; scrapped it for want of better phrasing, but in the meantime, here's a very nice paragraph I came across:

Well, as you guys can see, some nice FIFTEEN CLASSMATES chipped in (a buck each xD) to get me a GRAND PIANO! OMGWTFBBQ!!!!! How my dreams are fulfilled. I've always wanted a grand piano.

First image that bounced into my head was Schroeder from Peanuts and his grand (toy) piano.

For most of you who've probably never seen Peanuts (incorrectly known as Snoopy), a real grand piano's sound comes outta that cute, tiny toy one (until one episode where....)

Anyway, I can't stress how much I love this long, twisted piece of wire. One of the most meaningful presents I've ever received. Why? Because it's NOT my birthday!
How rare is it to receive gifts not on your birthday?! humans are stingy after all.
I'm holding the little piano, and thinking how nice it is to have a good bunch of friends.

8 LITTLE-KNOWN FACTS/HABITS ABOUT ME

1. I've got sleeping problems; think too much, can't fall asleep easily. Getting better though, since every day's been so tiring lately.

2. I really like hawker food, hehheh! Ah, Yin Yong, the apex of all gastronomy!!! Well I like fine dining too, but since that's so much rarer.... yknow, them grapes be pretty sour.

3. The only food I don't eat is chinese parsley. Horrible stuff.

4. I once dreamt I was playing a snow-white grand piano on a cloud!! Well, not exactly, but I can't remember the details.

5. Suuuure I didn't have to walk 5 miles to school, but you didn't have this lovely smoggy weather, plus the whole host of thing that impede such a happy stroll =.=
I have great antipathy towards adults who treat us like a buncha know-nothing kids. I really resent that. Yes, I can do your job better, STFU (those fool enough to regard us as know-nothing kids. The one's whose jobs I CAN'T do better, usually smart enough to not treat us as such.)

6. A few times a day, I check my email, 8 manga sites, 3 webcomics (XKCD!!! : D) and 9 blogs.
All accessible though the handy-dandy folder-bookmark function in firefox! :D With just 6 clicks, i can open aaaall 11 pages. Firefox, bookmarks, hover over folder, open in tabs, Firefox, bookmarks, hover over folder, open in tabs.

7. I suck up to teachers. Lotsa benefits. Try it.

8. Not as confident about Princeton as I i could be. But I'm getting in anyway! Makes sense?
