Our New Blog :)

Alright everyone! I will no longer be posting posts on this blog. It's no longer just an adventure about Braxton and I. It's an adventure of a whole gang of wack-o's now! (No offense, babe!)

So, since ... I'm, well ... getting married today! I'm a bit too busy to email everyone and let you all know my new blog address. But, ALL of you are invited to view it. As of right now, I haven't made it private yet.

If you are going to add me to your list of buddies, could you please do me a favor? I've read quite a few blogs recently about scary people out there.

One friend from high school has a private blog. But, her neighbor took pics of their kids playing and put it on her own blog, that isn't private. Some self-claimed pedophile wrote a pretty disgusting comment on their blog about the boys -- so in short, PLEASE if you add us to your list, just use David and my first names. If last names are on there, it just makes it that much easier for sickos to find your information. I'm a bit parranoid ... but, please, PLEASE, PLEASE ... if you could do that for me, I would be ever so grateful!

So here all y'all are. I'm so excited! I can now post things about my HUSBAND now, too! (referring to all those tags out there in the blog world about answering questions about your husband)

So, here I am signing off. My last post as Maria Cragun. And sadly, (well nevermind), happily there won't be a next time.

Ciao, Aloha, Cheerio, Shalom, Auf Wiedersehen, Hasta Luego, GOODBYE, ... over & out!

HERE YOU ARE, ENJOY!!! (*Hope you'll return often!*)

okay kids

quick post...

was going to post pics of my bachelorette party last night. But, of course, have been busy.

Tonight we went to Thaifoon (at the gateway) and had dinner with our family! It was great. So, so surreal, though.

Anyway, we have pics of everything, however, I will have to post them later.

Gotta go do some floral arrangements for a bouquet AND get some beauty sleep. That would be helpful!

G'nite!!!

counting hours now

Okay, we are now officially passed the 48 hour mark, so technically -- can't we start counting down the hours?

It was so weird. On my calendar on my phone, I have an event on the 8th. Obviously, that would be my wedding. Well, today at 10:30 my 2 day reminder started ringing. I looked down at my phone and saw the it was reminding me that I had my wedding in two days. So strange!

Still, it doesn't quite seem real to me yet.

So, yeah ... we are down to about 45 hours left! Suh-weeeeeeet!

Debbie (my sister), Ayla and I are having my bachelorette party tonight. We are going to stuff our faces and watch, "how to lose a guy in 10 days!" One of my favs.

Until next time...

Another successful day

Okay. I'm finally feeling like I can rest easy now.

I actually returned the boys' outfits. When I bought them, it was a little bit like, let's just get them something! However, today, after a great night's sleep & recharging -- I realized that I didn't really want what I had gotten them. So, I took them back and, VOILA, found the perfect little pants (had a hard time finding ones pleated in the front) and adorable ties. They are going to be so cute.

I know I keep saying that I'm almost done ... but, really, I'm almost done. I think the last thing is shoes for Ayla, which we will get Thursday. Then some limes and lemons sliced to float on the top of the water -- and water.

Wow, could that really be it? That's crazy. My luck, I'll forget something of course. :)

It's also supposed to rain on our big day. Honestly, I'm not upset at ALL. I love the rain. If it was just sprinkling, I would be one happy bride!!! But, most of the showers are expected in the afternoon. :) Yay for us getting married in da mornin'. I believe I've heard somewhere that rain on your wedding day is actually good luck. Anyone else heard that?

Alright, well, I'm off for bed. G'nite!

actually getting somewhere!

Yesterday I had yet another LONG day of shopping with mi madre. It was great though, I actually feel like I got most of the stuff we need to make this Friday ... Gr8!

David and my budget right now, is getting *tighter* as you might guess. The boys really need a nice church outfit and we were thinking Ayla might not be able to get a new dress. That just broke my heart! So, I went out -- A WOMAN ON A MISSION!

The good news, I found something VERY dressy and adorable. The great news, her dress was $16.99! (got it at Ross, dress for less) Can you believe that? I am so grateful I went looking. The great news also is that it matches my wedding colors. My main colors are: Brown, dark pink/light pink and green. The dress is brown and pink! It's awesome. So, we'll be able to have her in the dress and put some pink flowers in her hair. I'm SO excited that it is all coming together.

So, yeah, I got the boys' outfits as well. Gosh, it seems like I got more than that done - but, that was a stressful issue, so I'm probably just relieved.

Oh, I did also get the pictures for the display table. :)

I'm so flippin' excited!

Until next time ...
