TKHL 2014 Rules and GM List

First and foremost here is the current GM list.

If your PSN ID is not there it means you have not joined.

No other reason.

Rules are the same as last year. 

1. Quitting mid-game will get you booted

2. Enable your CPU because. . .

3. Playing a CPU without permission will get you booted

4. Trades with the CPU are not allowed. I'm always working to fill out the league.

5. Tweet all trades to @TKHL14

6. Communicate. It takes two seconds to tweet someone.

Not a rule, but please follow the twitter account. @TKHL14.

I will post when the schedule will advance, trades, and trading block info.

If you want to announce something or have a question, please tweet the official account.

Yes, we are going to do another one of these. The planned meeting time is Sunday at some time.

Very specific, I know. I will update when an actual time is decided on. Everyone is invited to join.

Currently Ottawa, Carolina, Minnesota and our former LA GM's are confirmed (e5.)

We'll talk about #TKHL and #JVBLB. 

If last time is any indication, we'll also talk about nothing, and make fun of French-Canadiens.

Meeting Overview

These are the main points of what we went over, minus us making fun of the french. 

Keep in mind many of these things are in place temporarily. We are seeing how they work out

and will adjust accordingly.

• Difficulty changed to Superstar
• Post-Whistle rules changed to Authentic
• OT has been changed to continuous OT
• Cycles will be 4 days in length

This isn't a rule but the first chance you get after we advance, please tweet out to your opponents.

If you know your upcoming schedule, let them know as well. We want as few simmed games as possible

[UPDATE] Governors Meeting This Coming Thursday

Meeting has been moved to Sunday. Time is TBA. Also to be on camera you need a few things... a google account, a pair of headphones cause feedback sucks and a mic because you will talk.

This coming Thursday night at 6pm EST the first Governors Meeting will take place on Skype or Google hangouts. If you were wondering who are the governors of the league they are DarkDart19, Inept13astard, Pens_mini66, 1470djmcnulty, JBJelly and Snapboing03. Only the Governors will be able to vote, but if you would like to take part and bring up new rules or rule changes please come and attend. The link will be posted in twitter and on the site.

Western Conference Playoff Teams

While seeding still isn't set, the teams in the playoffs are. 

The 8th seed was won by the Wild on the 82nd game in OT.

Southwest

With Winnipeg still in the Southeast, it only makes sense that Tampa Bay clinched the Southwest.

Tampa Bay was able to clinch their division through tight defensive play, and the one time shot with Ovechkin and Stamkos.

Battle for 8th

The battle for the last two spots in the East is tight. one poor soul will be left out of it all.

If you think that's tight, look at the West. There are 6 teams pretty much going at it for the chance to get blown out by Calgary.

He knows the playoffs are close. He's laying it on the line in the quest for the cup.

Anaheim just clinched his own division with a combination of grit, size, and an amazing short side deke.

I hope Calgary snipes the hell out of him.
