That's MY BROTHER!!

I was up all night with Jacob the other night, so in the morning Travis was kind enough to take over. He decided to take the boys to the church to watch the ward teams play. They were running around as usual, when the bishop grabbed Trenton and started to tickle him. Jacob watched for a second then said, very seriously, "Stop that!" Bishop stopped momentarily then started again. Jacob went over and stood by Travis, for re-enforcement, and yelled "Hey! Stop that! That's my brother!!" Bishop took him seriously that time. I think that we know who is going to protect who.

Our February update

Ok, so it has been a long time since we were last on. Not too much has changed, sad to say. We do know now that we are having another boy. I went in for a normal appointment, except for the fact that I had both boys with me and it was snowing and school for Trenton was canceled, but not for Travis. Any way amidst the chaos in the tiny exam room where Trenton was spinning and singing on the dr.'s stool and Jacob was trying to move a chair around the dr., she said that she couldn't find the heart beat but not to worry she was sure that things were fine and we would just do an ultrasound. We headed back to the waiting room where the chaos continued and I tried to keep it together by praying and trying desperately to ignore the boys. Then our turn came and the heart beat was found right away. The sonographer was showing the boys the baby's hands and feet and then, there it was! She said she could already tell what we were having, and so could I. I told the boys that we were having a boy and Trenton said "Oh, we better hurry and pray for a girl!!" Too late. He is happy now. I called Travis and told him the news. He is excited about the possibility of a Shepherd basketball team. We have our name, Alexander Grant, we will probably call him Zander. I wasn't so sure at first, but I did promise Travis that he could name this baby since I named the last two and Zander is better than the other name he liked, VAN! So there ya go. We are just awaiting the new boy. We did take the boys out in the snow finally. It had snowed off and on for a few days, I tried to help them make a snowman, but growing up in Dallas handicapped my ability to make a good one. They are young and don't care right now, thank goodness. We spent Valentines Day at a Stake Adult dance the weekend before so on the actual day we got a heart shaped pizza and heart shaped doughnuts for the boys. They loved it. Here are a few pictures. The last is the belly shot, ofcourse I think that I am twice as big and it was only taken a couple of weeks ago.
