Other Christmas photos

-k- so these are the pics that didn't make the cut for our Christmas cards.
I love the girls trying to make Daddy smile.

Santa

Santa came on a firetruck to Poulsbo and the girls got to see him with his little elf. He's oh so cute!

CHeck our talent!

For our ward christmas party I put together a talent show. I helped out a YW with her gutiar solo and I created a dance for the girls to perform.

I played guitar with Kaylee, I was back up for her Silent Night.

The girls danced to Hallelujah Chorus. We've been working on the dance for three weeks. The performance was the first time that they didn't spend the whole time telling each other what to do! They actually danced with smiles on their faces!

I let each of the girls pick a friend to be their partner. They were so cute! and So Serious!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Domiono's is our favorite game at Grandma's house.

Guess who got the extra whip cream!
Charly loves pumpkin pie-ate 3 pieces!

Aren't our dolls precious?

Grandma Gutierrez's B-day!

Grandma's b-day at her house so we could talk to Sabrina and fam on Skyscape. Check out my belly!

Yes I used the trick candles! hehehe! Your going no where Grandma!!

Makayla's favorite pastime at Grandmas house is to pretend sleep on the napping Daddy. Didn't quite work this time.

Halloween!

Trunk-r-treat at the church. We brought the Miller clan with us. Pat got Rex to dress up! Sorta.....

Rex finally dressed up this year thanks to Pat. They are tailgaters in the back of Pat's truck. With a cooler of soda, chips and salsa. Rex says they have discovered a new Halloween tradition. Next year they want to bring a grill and make burgers a little earlier, so as to be a true tailgate party. The cute little monkey? Little William, Pat's new son.

Makayla and I are Dead Sisters. She's the corpse bride and I'm a vampire.

Charly is a witch with red spots and no hat. Lost it after the Zoo. Taylor is Anikin Skywalker. Rex is gonna kill me if I spelled that wrong.

Aren't we a scary group? We had the best time ever!

Pumpkin Prowl

Had to throw in this cute pic of Makayla:

We went to the Pumpkin Prowl at the zoo. Kinda fiasco to get there and get our tickets but the zoo was worth it.

We went through a pumpkin patch with hundreds of carved pumpkins. The girls were dressed up and got to trick or treat along the way. Lots of healthy, wierd, organic candy. But that's Seattle for you!

In the Zoomasium where the girls usually get to play indoors was a haunted house. Not very scary but Taylor did have a problem with the huge moving spider. Charly told me she could tell it was a robot.

Check out her height! We also got to see some ballerinas in the rain. I'm sorry I didn't have a video camera to catch them dancing in the rain. Really different.
Oh and if you couldn't tell, Taylor is Anikin Skywalker, Charly is a witch (she didn't want to bring her hat and broom) and Makayla is a dead bride. You'll tell better on Halloween cuz then she'll have her face painted white.

Charly's school play

Mom, Dad, Makayla and I went to see Charly's school play.

Charly was the scarf fish and the sea urchin. She did a beautiful scarf dance. I'm not sure what that had to do with the chark but then again most things didn't make sense to me about the play. Like the crabs who randomly crossed the stage and yelled out crabby things like, "I want my Playstation!"

GO FISH! A "comedy" about a shark who wants to be friends with the fishes. I think they were telling jokes. It's hard to understand nervous 2nd graders dressed as fish. But they sure knew the songs! Heck, I almost have all the songs memorized after hearing Charly teach them to the other two all month. "It's a round up under the sea!"

Taylor's field trip

Taylor's field trip to the Kids Museum on Bainbridge Island and the Pumpkin farm!
I got to drive a group there and chaperone. Very insane but fun!

The whole group in a pretty awful group picture.

This was our car group. Aren't they cute? Everyone got a pumpkin to take home.

Building then knocking down the foam squares was a really big hit.

The kids loved the spin chairs.
Don't you love these Greek Goddesses?

We got to create at the museum. Pumpkin books!
