Sharing

Love is something which comes from the bottom of one's heart.
When you love someone, you will willingly do anything for him/her. Something which you may not normally do and it is also an inconvenience for you. But you will still go the extra mile to do it. Willingly do anything for that special someone.
There's why some people said that love is blind. Similarly, love is also like a drug. When you are consuming it, it just numbs your body and thoughts. You feel happy and can simply forget about the people around you. Wholy engulf in your own world.

However, when the drug begins to wear off, your attitude towards him/her also starts to change. No longer as selfless as before, no longer as happy as before and loneliness starts to creep in. The transition period can sometimes be quite torturing.
No matter how miserable one may feel, time will gradually heals everything.

Back from shanghai!

yes... I'm already back from Shanghai for bout half a month lo:) suffering from "post-trip" sickness now.... really miss there...miss the shopping, miss him, miss the weather etc.....

Hopefully, I can go there every year for shopping and most importantly to try out nice food as I didn;t really get to try many different kinds of food over there for both of my past trips.

nah....shall let you all catch a glimpse of my sha trip:)

1st day...
Whole day was spent at the same place and doing the same thing--- that is,
Shopping at 7pl!:)

2nd day...
My "makeover" day...
Photobucket
Both of us had our hair coloured and trimmed. really satisfied with it. Hope to go back there again:)

After that went for KTV.... a posh place with marvellous sound system:)
Photobucket
They even have a stage and a touch screen for you to choose songs from which is much much better than the remote control you find here.

3rd day....
went shopping at Yu Yuan...
Followed by shopping at New world (Xin Shi Jie).
Photobucket
Nice neon lights:)

Photobucket
Does this looks familiar? Its not nike and the slogan is "Anything is possible" instead of "Nothing is impossible". haha....

Then we walked for quite a distance to reach the place where you cannot miss if you are in shanghai -- their icon, 东方明珠塔。

4th day....
we went to Huangshan:) Though it's my second time there but the scenery is entirely different... still prefer going during the winter time:)
We really had a hard time climbing up there because we took the more difficult route unknowingly as we din have any tour guide to lead us.

The sedan chair ride which can costs up to S$200+ for a distance travelled.

After 3 hours of walking, finally, we've reached the highest point of huangshan!!!

Other than the majestic mountains, huangshan is also famous for it's pine trees:) All of them in various twisted and beautiful shapes.
This one shown here is know as 连理枝。

The next day, these four "penguins" woke up at 4am in the morning so as to catch the sunrise which can only be seen 100+ times a year.
It's so cold in the dusk that we've no choice but to put on these winter clothing provided by the hotel.
Photobucket
But, too bad... din manage to see the sunrise because we were at the wrong venue where the sunrise was actually blocked by the mountains.

Monkeys!! We find them cute at first.
Photobucket
But, WARNING!!! This might appear cute to you but they are definitely not to e trifled with. They will actually block your way and pull your trousers forcefully asking for food.

Photobucket
On our way down huangshan...

On 7th May, We also celebrated our 2nd Anniversary there.
Had a sumptuous buffet dinner at 喜多屋。Not only was the food delicious, the restaurant also overlooks a river:) It's a great view!

Relaxed

Once Astro paper ended, I really feel like its the end of exams!

Went to my friend's hall right after that to eat "home"-cooked food:) Delicious spagetti and cheesy scrambled eggs which made us full to the brim.

Then we chatted for quite a long while with the door open... ha...

I had entirely forgotten that I'm still in the midst of my examination.

By the time I realised it, dunno how many pathetic pple were being disturbed by us.:p

These few days had been leading a relaxed life... taking afternoon naps, followed by swimming in the evening. Can't believe I still have two more papers:( awww...

I'm not trying to avoid studies or wad... just that there's nothing to study! I'm sure sq knows what I meant. haha...

Hope the next two papers come faster...

counting down 13 days.......

My "twin sister"!!

Have you ever met someone who is born on the same year, month and even same day as you?

I'm very glad and honoured to say that I had:)

I made this discovery just one day before my birthday.

That night, I was bringing something over to my neighbour's room then she was asking me if I'm willing to share a double room with her next yr....

Then as we were talking, she very naturally mentioned that tmr is her birthday....

I nodded my head (without realising that it was mybirthday too).

Then, as if hit by a sledgehammer, I suddenly realised that:" Oh ya!! It was my birthday tmr too!!"

I was screaming away and shaking her hand at the same time. haha...

Guessed it was really fate which brought us together. Being neighbour with a person having the same birth date as me and going to be roommate with her for the next year is really something that I'd never think of.
Moreover, she is from China. It is not easy meeting some Singaporean born on the same date as you and even more difficult to find someone from the world out there.

For the next few days, we talked more.
I realised that we are actually very alike in terms of our character. Is it really true that people born on the same date have identical character? I guess its proven to be true, at least in my case;)

I'm just glad that I could meet one in my life. So, for the coming years of my birthday, there would be someone i know who is celebrating her birthday as well.:)

I wonder how many pple are still reading my blog since my updates are so seldom.

No matter if there's none, I'll still blog as and when i like:) I chose to believe that I still have readers. ha....

Sharon had left for Taiwan for one week le. Miss her so much! Today when Sq and I boarded dear's car, the first thing we heard on the radio is Sharon's voice!!!! haha... Really surprised!! Roomie was really sharp to notice her. We became so excited that we kept screaming. Sharon even sang during the interview... haha... so yong gan!!! Guess she must have a great time over there at Taiwan. Being able to come into such a close contact with your favourite idol is such a fortunate thing:) Looking forward to seeing you.

Reagrding school, I'm glad to have finished one presentation on last wednesday. Thought it will be my last presentation for my first half of this semester. However, I was wrong. Another teacher from another module last minute asked me to prepare for next wed's tutorial to present in class. haiz.... one after the next. I dun like presentations.

Today went out with dear to have Japanese buffet at Upper Thomson road. We actually travelled about 2 hours searching for that particular place!!! Have been making numerous U-Turnings and kept making rounds around AMK area. It's not the first time we've lost our way in that area. There's quite few road signs there and alot of diversions at the road leading to different ways. I can say that after this incident, we can be the di4 tou2 she2 of Thomson road. haha.... But dear have improved today. No longer as peik cek as before when he got lost last time. I'm quite apologetic to sq actually because whenever she sits in our car, we always got lost then caused her to have to stay with us for a couple of hours. haha... are you scared of sitting in yh's car le?? haha...

Following if a neoprint taken with Huixin. See all the nice designs:) Proudly designed by the both of us.
Enjoy:)

FINALLY!!! I guess FYSK 13 has finally ended. Life isn't easy during my preparation for the Finals and it's equally difficult after my event. Alot of post event problems kept arising, partly due to our negligence but luckily we managed to pass through all the hurdles:)

Right now, I'm enjoying this carefree life. No more getting up everyday in the morning and worried about the event. No more checking of email everyday. No more phone calls. No more socialising..... Just a simple, stress-free and relax me now:)
I'm enjoying my current lifestyle for the moment.

I know quite a number of pple have been affected because of my event. Not only am I busy for my event, even YH and my family have been running in and out because of me. I'm really grateful for their help and concern:) Glad to have them by my side.
Also not forgetting CINDY for your great help at our event as our Stage director and my beloved PERFECT 3(sy, sharon and sq) for your sweet surprise:) I'm really very very happy to see all of you at the Grand Finals. Thanks for your utmost support and the cutie little bear! I'm glad to have known you girls.

I wanted to talk about my event de, but I just don't know where to start with. There are simply too many things to say. From the starting point until the end point, there had been too many twist and turns to keep trace. Fortunately, there's no fatal accidents happening to us. Seen alot of things along the way, overcame one hurdle after the other, we've grown up and become wiser. It's great working with KS and HJ as well. I'm sure this event had left a beautiful mark in our hearts and shall be remembered for the rest of our lives.

Once again, thank you all my family and friends who have helped me in one way or another!!!
