Yesterday Sammy came up to me holding one of his trucks. It was actually just the trailer of the truck that he was holding (the truck part was missing), and it was broken.
Sammy said, "Mommy, I want to bring this truck to heaven."
I asked him, "Why do you want to bring that truck to heaven?"
He replied, "So God can fix it for me." :)
All I could do was smile. Maybe that is what "faith like a child" means. ;) I love that he is already learning, in his own way, that we can go to God with all of our "problems." His childlike innocence really brings a smile to my heart! I am so thankful that God allows me to be the mom to these two sweet boys. I am humbled that Andrew and I get to teach them about God and His love for them everyday.
On the Micah front, our little tank has learned a new trick! It goes something like this:
Micah is sitting and sees a toy that he wants. He reeeeeaches for it!
Micah leans so far that his bottom lifts off the ground!
His legs kinda flip over and he's somewhat on his hands and knees
(and maybe a foot too...)
He stops and smiles at me before falling down on his tum!
Way to go little buddy! You are getting to be such a big boy!
