MG course is coming to an end. i like the power i feel when i shoot it. the difference between firing the MG which is 7.62mm and the SAR21 which is 5.56mm is really apparent. the MG is a hell of alot noisier and smokier and alot more of everything.

should i get the godfather or hitman?

ok today's entry is so randomised. im sorry.

so the first day of my MG course has started. i guess this will be my weapon of choice till the time i finish my reservist. lets see if i can remember the stats from today's lesson. stripping the weapon's a bitch. its got like 20 parts to remove in 90secs. small small parts. irritating.

weight (empty) + barrel - 11.4kg.
max effective range on the bipod - 800m
max effective range on tripod - 1200m
tripod weight - 10.something kg.
barrel weight - 3.4kg

total weight commander has to carry - 38kg
gunner - 30kg
assistant - 40.3kg

anyways im sleeping together in the same bunk with 3 bruneieans, 2 ADF sergeants, one navy staff, and saliman and fadhli (3 SIR) from my old sispec foxtrot coy. they're (the bruneieans) quite big sized compared to most of us. and they've got tons of experience being in the army minimum 8 years or something like that. so far the course quite relaxed ah. walk in step from point to point. wake up 6am. after makan time usually got half hr or more rest time. days end at abt 6+ and book out by 7pm and book in at 2330. i think im gonna like my course there. :)

worst is, first day of sahur will be in camp. so sad. cos i have live firing the day before. luckily i get to buka at home.

nxt week's my birthday. i still dont know what to ask from bebs. and hey its not that i got no face to ask presents but she's the one who asked me!
