My sincerest apologies...

I'm REALLY SORRY!
I wasn't able to go for your class party on 1st sept.
Reason was, it was the 1st day of fasting and me being a frequent muncher....
cannot 'tahan' hunger. I will have headaches. So THAT was exactly what happened.
I couldn't attend as i was feeling tired and lightheaded. So sorry guys!
Anyway, i hope you've had a great time bowling and all.
Especially the 'makan' session right?
And something is making me worried.
Apple....i'm very glad to see a vast improvement in your written English.
But what is this thing about 'pervy' lessons in class???!!

dramas!
okay.. i know i shouldn't tell you guys to watch drama currently.. but why not? take a little break from all those unhealthy homeworks/studies and relax! I'll be introducing 3 shows... which also consist of studies/school.. *btw, if you guys hate Japanese, then it's too bad.. because all three are Japanese drama..
first: Sensei wa Erai!
Nakajima, Chinen, and Arioka play three useless students at a public junior high school. At first, they find their homeroom teacher dull and bothersome, but an incident leads them to take a liking to him. Along with their former classmate (Yamada) who now attends a private school, the students unite to transform their teacher into a respectable guy
a little synopsis i found in Drama Wiki... i've personally watched this show because of my cute cute little idols in it.. BUT... and i say BUT, the show meaning is very nice... something happened to the teacher in the end... just catch it and you will know it.. you can watch it in veoh... i'm not sure about crunchyroll... anyway, the teacher sort of could be link to ourfavorite teacher.. and i guess you know who.....anyway,this is a movie... it's about more than an hour or sort i guess...
sencond: Edison no haha (edison's mother)
The series focuses on Ayukawa Noriko, the teacher of a class of first-graders. One day, a boy named Kento transfers into her class from another school, where he was treated as a problem child. In reality, the inquisitive Kento actually displays potential as a prodigy, and it's up to Noriko to figure out how to handle him. The story draws inspiration from the childhood of famous inventor Thomas Edison, who was also considered a problem child by most adults around him
once again, a synopsis from drama wiki... another show....this time, you go back to first graders..(supposing it's pri 1... i guess) anyway, thisdamn show made me cry in the first few episode... not because i cried in the first few epi and i find it a nice show.. it teaches you a lot of phys... well... maybe common knowledge... anyway, if any of you happens not to know what is a prodigy, my bro(elder) told me it means something like genius or sort... Kento(the little guy) was always asking lots and lots of why which i won't even ask... i had learn a lot from it.. and i believe you guys would too. Btw, there is this part where kento was talking about 1+1 DOES NOT equal to ZERO... lol it's seriously, VERY COOL... go watch it... i'll rate this 9/10... you can find it in crunchyroll i think... if not... you can go to aznv however, you need VLC player to watch it.
third: Galileo
In "Galileo," Fukuyama Masaharu plays a genius physicist and university associate professor, Yukawa Manabu, who solves difficult mysteries. Affectionately known as Tantei Galileo ("Detective Galileo"), Yukawa is brilliant, an all-round sportsman, tall and handsome but eccentric. Yukawa's partner is a rookie cop, Utsumi Kaoru (Shibasaki Kou), a hot-blooded woman with a strong sense of justice.
well, this isanother a show about phys... well, this is about how Utsumi Kaoru solves mystery with the help of Yukawa Manabu and his phys theory..lol... a lot of phys things for you guys to learn in there... so dun forget to catch it! *it's good to watch some sci-fic show because it's the ghost festival now.. lol to bluff/convince yourself that there are no ghost...* you can catch it in crunchyroll or aznv again..

Hello my lovely ex-pupils!
Whoaaa! u people sound really stressed out! I mean REALLY stressed.
And joshua posted an article on stress too! LOL!!!
Ok people, remember "When the going gets tough, the tough gets going."
Take some time to rest in between ur revision, homework an CCAs etc.
U need to MAKE time to rest. "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."
So rest when u need it. Otherwise u can't function properly.
Ok for me, in this new school, i am coping well. Students are ok. But not as good as
you all lah....ehheehee...so hardworking. Over here, for the classes i have, they need a little pushing. But things are fine. They are respectful pupils.
Ok i will blog again soon. Need to go for class now. Bye!

Managing Stress
A passage to manage stress...Hope it helps some how..
1. Make stress your friend
Acknowledge that stress is good and make stress your friend! Based on the body’s natural “fight or flight” response, that burst of energy will enhance your performance at the right moment. I’ve yet to see a top sportsman totally relaxed before a big competition. Use stress wisely to push yourself that little bit harder when it counts most.
2. Stress is contagious
Stressed people sneeze stress germs indiscriminately and before you know it, you are infected with stress germs too!
Protect yourself from stress germs by recognising stress in others and limiting your contact with them. Or if you’ve got the inclination, play stress doctor and teach them how to better manage their stress.
3. Copy good stress managers
When people around are losing their head, which keeps calm? What are they doing differently? What is their attitude? What language do they use? Are they trained and experienced?
Figure it out from afar or sit them down for a chat. Learn from the best stress managers and copy what they do.
4. Use heavy breathing.
You can trick your body into relaxing by using heavy breathing. Breathe in slowly for a count of 7 then breathe out for a count of 11. Repeat the 7-11 breathing until your heart rate slows down, your sweaty palms dry off and things start to feel more normal.
5. Stop stress thought trains
It is possible to tangle yourself up in a stress knot all by yourself. “If this happens, then that might happen and then we’re all up the creek!” Most of these things never happen, so why waste all that energy worrying needlessly?
Give stress thought-trains the red light and stop them in their tracks. Okay so it might go wrong – how likely is that, and what can you do to prevent it?
6. Know your stress hot spots and trigger points
Presentations, interviews, meetings, giving difficult feedback, tight deadlines……. My heart rate is cranking up just writing these down!
Make your own list of stress trigger points or hot spots. Be specific. Is it only presentations to a certain audience that get you worked up? Does one project cause more stress than another? Did you drink too much coffee?
Knowing what causes you stress is powerful information, as you can take action to make it less stressful. Do you need to learn some new skills? Do you need extra resources? Do you need to switch to de-caffeinated coffee?
7. Eat, drink, sleep and be merry!
Lack of sleep, poor diet and no exercise wreaks havoc on our body and mind. Kind of obvious, but worth mentioning as it’s often ignored as a stress management technique. Listen to your mother and don’t burn the candle at both ends!
And those are the 7 successful stress management techniques! Take time to learn them, use them and teach them, and be a great stress manager.

Random.
This the first time I'm posting(:
After what happened today, I felt that WE are feeling very stressed. But at least to me, I'm feeling stress by the homework, tests and of course the standard teachers wanted us to achieve.
People break down often and get irritated easily. And seriously I don' know how to solve this kind of problems. Less play times? Concentrate more? Do more practices? I don't know.
I think of what Aipoh say to me or some of us today. Our results different a lot. If one of our classmate's the marks is very high, most of the time sure got one get very low. The marks difference is quite big.
Hmmm. I don't know what to type. The end):

How has it been so far? I hope you guys have been coping well with the exams and the stress that comes with it so far. I also hope that ALL of you will do well. If not, at least a decent grade. heehee...define decent? Pass with at least a B4 for MOST subjects. I'm sure quite a number of you are capable of better results. The rest, just need more time for revision. This means, START EARLY. Then you'll be fair to yourself for allowing ample time for knowledge to sink in.
Ok i hope to see all of you again on the 14th May. This will be the day that teachers can return papers to you and you can check your answers and marks. Remember to count the marks properly just to double confirm that they are correct. Inform the teacher if it isn't.

LET'S DO THINGS TOGETHER!
YO! i'm here again! after two post i think?? quite some time since i last blog here.. anyway, ONE MORE PAPER AND YAHOOO!! hahah had the last 2nd paper... how was it guys? hope it's fine with you guys...
hmm exams going to be over soon... new term starting soon.. let's work hard, play hard together ne? I believe that we would have a lot a lot of fun when we do things together. When you bond with friends, it's nice ne, the feelings... is like.. you have someone there for you. But this doesn't mean that you HAVE to be close friends with one another. It's just that, it would be VERY VERY VERY VERY good if we have some good bonds...
reason: we would be with each other for one and a half more years right? *sorry random post* but yah, just feel that i would like us being bonded together. IT'S SO NICE!!! to be bond with classmates...

Light in the Dark
well. it is my first time blogging in 3e5 blog.basically I want to share something with all of you.
I'm sure everyone is tired of hearing :"as the first class you must be blah blah blah..." however hurting or irritating this is. It tells us 1 thing. The school and teachers have high expectation on us.
instead of saying that every time say the same thing, why not take up this challenge.
BE THE LIGHT IN THE DARK
why do i mean by that. As a student everyone wants to strive our best to be in the top few, with exception from a few.
therefore, why not try to shine among your friends(those who don't like to study), try to encourage them to work harder. HELP those in need. BE THE LIGHT IN THE DARK that everyone will wants to follow this light.

Hey Humans!
MYE is coming very soon...guess all of you have started your revision,yea?All the best of luck.
How was today's A-maths test?I found it challenging. I'm struggling with maths and chemistry.
I don't really like the mole thingy.I wonder...why Mr Tan finds it so interesting?!Then, this thursday there is a test on mole and diamond/graphite thingy. The whole of this week is full of tests,yea? Oh yea... regarding about what Mdm Fauzana said about us...I think 3e5 is a playful and enthusiastic class (especially during physics class :)..but i wonder which teacher said we are monkeys?! Hmm...weird.Nevermind.

Next week is the exams week. Your MT paper will start on Monday followed by EL paper 1 on Wednesday. Then Thursday is Labour Day holiday so there'll be no school. Friday will be the start of all your other papers.
I hope that by now you would have already started on your own revision. If not, get started then! and stop reading this blog! :))
For the rest of you, I hope you are consistently completing your homework and handing them in on time. If there is anything that you don't understand, please clarify with the teacher. Make use of this week to do so. A person who asks is a fool for a second but a person who doesn't is a fool forever.
And the thing I mentioned in class earlier today - about behaving as expected of a 3E5 student, please take it seriously. You are in this class because you are good and intelligent. So teachers expect you to be like THAT. It is not about keeping up appearances, it is about displaying your capabilities which i know all of you have. If you allow yourself to feel lousy, then you will be. If you allow yourself to be proactive, then so you will be.
In this day and age, time and tide waits for no man. You have to go for what you want and what you are capable of achieving. I know that some of you are still busy with other activities in school or even outside school. You should prioritise your time well now. Focus on what's important for now and you will see the fruits of your labour. Only then you will be able to smile contentedly.
So my dearest 3E5 pupils, remember our school motto "Towards Excellence" in everything that we do.
All the best in your exams and keep calm. If you have studied, you shouldn't be worrying. Give your best and things will take care of itself.

Hi everyone, ya i agree with xin hui we were wrong sorry madm fauzana. :( but i shall not eleborate on it (if it is the correct spelling).
Any way remember to bring newspaper on fri 4 recycling last time i guess. Oh i got something to say , is about the Mr OOI lesson. I think he is right to say we are the worst pure class,(not all of us) but i think he is right, look at the attitude we show our teachers,i know its unfair for us to change to miss 22244339 but we as human have to adapt,and apart from that, we always did not do homework or revise properly, or talk in class, and inturpt teachers lesson(not talking about miss 22244339 lesson) but other teachers lesson we should respect them althought maybe when the bell ring, we should remind the teacher not like inturpt the lesson saying the next teacher will kill us or what so ever. Well i dont want to be longwinded but last words is let try to do our best in everything , like in homework well learn from hiang teck do what is given to you , dont care about deadline just do at least try your best to finish. Revise what you learn today and work hard together .to unite as one,to acheive and excel:) lets prove mr ooi wrong all the best for MYE.

SORRY!!!!
we (not all) were packing stuff for Phys when the bell rang and Mdm Fauzana was still reading Krystal's (sorry if there is any error in the spelling of her name) (sorry to Krystal too. It's your story that's going on.) story. It's rude, to both Mdm Fauzana andKrystal.
i believe, most of us sensed that Mdm Fauzana was REALLY very pissed off. She looked like she was gonna cry when we went down the stairs.. *hope mdm fauzana is not gonna cry*
What she said make sense. Shouldn't we be respecting the teacher instead of being afraid of them? However, this is sort of the basic of human i guess? Being afraid of people who are fierce.
We are in the wrong, yes, but... we are in the middle.. in the middle of teachers... like teachers wants us to reach there ASAP, then if the teacher before the period doesn't want to let us go early, then how do we reach there within 5-10 mins after the bell rang? If you guys remember the incident with Mrs. Ko.. i believe you all do. So it's always very difficult for us. NOT SAYING THAT TEACHERS ARE SUPPOSE TO CUT OFF THEIR LESSON AND LET US OF ONCE THE BELL RINGS... i'm just saying that, maybe they could finish their lesson asap if the bell rang and they are still in the middle of the class. A school could work is because of the Teachers and Students working together, to make things easier.
just one last thing before i end this. THIS is my own opinion...
okay.. as i believe the whole class is like going late (not really late) on purpose for afemale teacher. Not going against the class by saying no cannot. *I do think that it's fun also* BUT! let's try to go for all lessons on time okay? It's till better that we go to lesson ASAP. Reason being, it's for our own sake. Think. If we late, teacher teach lesser things.. So what for harm other people and land ourselves in trouble also? Why not go for lesson more on time than like that both parties would be HAPPY!! lol
okay.. i'll stop here about this thing, to prevent anything(like arguments).

It make sense to me.. ahahaha..

For those who are looking for the software: Graphmatica, there is a link in here i have made for you all. Hope Mrs Ko is happy =)

There is also the Omnigraph software. However, it's a trial version and only last for 30 days. But, exploring softwares isn't a bad thing is it?? =)

EL Common Test
Hello children :)
This Friday is your common test day for EL. I will conduct the test during our 1st two periods in class. It will be a formal letter, as mentioned earlier in class. So please remember the format properly. The test will be marked upon 30 and will be part of your CA results for term 2.
I will return your letter writing practice on Thursday, so that you can look through and see where your errors are. Don't repeat the same mistakes for the upcoming test.

If you say something, you must be accountable for it. Express yourself in a manner which is socially acceptable. Even if you are unhappy about something, phrase your sentences in a constructive manner. I wouldn't want to see someone screaming or scolding whoever the target is.
