Random #13

The reason why 9gag is becoming so popular is that the things they post are incredibly accurate. It sort of became our modern comics about our awkward moments in our life that we either feel embarrassed to say it out or didn't realise it. And it's good for daily laughter too. Lol.

This is very true for everyone.

Agree.

I salute the person who can just shout the answer out now.

I thought of my dad straight away when I saw this picture. I always do this without myself realising until he tells me to stop. Hahahahaa....

Our kiasu trait.

Somehow I find this comic very funny. LOL at the apple.

Everyone will definitely get straight A1's if this is our syllabus.

Yea, still wondering what is that for.

The importance of mother. Lol!
Laughter is the best medicine. I wonder how many days I used to laugh in a year since I can't stop once I started. @@"

Papa Rich

The newly opened Papa Rich at QV is full of people everyday. Last time this place was Oldtown Kopitiam and I heard that it's not so nice. I never tried any kopitiam food before in Melbourne. Although the comments I heard from people on Papa Rich were also not very nice, but I still want to try out this time. The design is exactly the same as Malaysia's one.

Me and May shared a plate of nasi briyani. It was okok lah. The reason I said okok lah is just because I was hungry that time, plus I didn't have briyani for a long long long time.
Now I'm not interested in kopitiam food anymore. Next time I cook my own. Lol.

Newbie Tutor

I have applied for a tutor position in the Homework Club organised by the GK Society. It is to provide extra help for students who cannot afford private tuition. So at the moment, I'm tutoring a student in Year 12 biology at Charles La Trobe College. It is just next to my uni but I have never been there before.

It looks like one small normal building from the outside. So I didn't expect much to see.

Although outside looks ordinary, but inside is much prettier than I thought. The reception and the lounge actually look grand. It's a small college and the staffs and students know each other quite well. The tutorial was an informal one, so we just had it at the foyer. I think there's also a kitchen somewhere as they kept offering me tea or coffee. Lol. Paiseh...
Tutoring is not as scary as I thought, maybe because it's only one on one. I just take her as a friend instead of a student. This way is less stressful for both of us. I actually don't remember what I have learnt in college, that's why I was desperate for their notes before this. I must also thank myself for still keeping my first year genetics notes in my laptop. At least I can remember what Punnett's square is. Lol. XD
