Decisions

Little stars are dancing around my head. Still haven't make up my mind which components should I take for next year zoology. I have already decided 2 components and I need 1 more and this is the one that is driving me up the wall.

Field trip or lab? coral or land plants? snorkeling or facing computer? Enjoy holidays in November or do assignments in November? Grr.... Still trying to weigh them on my balance and find out which one is better for me. How should I end my final year? Hmmm...... x.x

By the way, happy Halloween and happy birthday to Ling and also to all my buddies who have just turned 20 this month~~~ xD

My Boys

Semester 2 has ended, which means I'm about to complete my second year of uni. It's study week now and I'm spending most of the time in my room, staring at books and also occasionally staring at the wall in front of me. I am missing them so much!! Especially their after-dinner-gay-wrestling!!

My hands are feeling so uncomfortable. Haven't been touching dogs ever since this photo was taken. It was taken on the 24 Feb 2011, few hours before heading to the airport.

It's the time of the year again and this blog will remain inactive for awhile again. Hope I have something to update once I have reached an oasis as I have to spend quite a fair bit of time at the oasis this time.

Birthday Outing

It's one of my friend's 22nd birthday and she wanted to go to Galactic Circus at Crown. At first I actually didn't know what's that and thought it's really a circus where I can see those acrobats and all. After that only I found out it's an arcade. @@"

Can't remember when was the last time I been to an arcade. Most of the games don't really attract me. But luckily there are a few games that can still make me go crazy. The first game that made me excited was the mario go karts. I always love mario go karts! It's so cute and I can throw banana skin at other players. Hehe.

I tried DDR too but it's not interesting to me anymore as I prefer real dancing.

My friends really fancy this game. So we tried 1 game.

And our first game won us 200 tickets. LOL! A bit surprising to be so lucky.

All of us really wanted to get those inside. But the clamp is seriously super duper cacat! Even if we aimed it nicely, but the clamp was like 'didn't eat rice'. Swt.

But one of my friend managed to get a small cookie monster from the Sesame Streets machine and everyone was so shocked. Lol. After arcade, we walked to Southbank for lunch. It's such a hot hot hot day! @@

Random #6

Once in a while, I love go to uni on a weekend because of the less crowded environment and I have so many empty computers to choose from in the library. Can always sit at my favorite spot. xD

Was waiting at the bus stop to go for some grocery shopping.......
Oh noooo.... look at the sunshine. It was 22 degrees and I felt like dying at the bus stop already. How am I going to survive my first summer in Australia?? x.x

A Weekend Without Sleep In

Ooooo.... look what I saw in the zoo yesterday!!! So nice! They can take pictures with those peacocks that are running around. Hehe...

I had dinner with a friend at Lygon Street before heading to Melb Uni for a chinese musical show. Supposed to have sushi somewhere else but failed to find it, so we changed to italian. Walked the extra one big round in the city. Lol.

Dont' know how to spell the name of this bread. It's so nice, but my tomatoes keep dropping. So paiseh...

Salmon fettucine. Entry size is already so big.

Small tuna pizza. Haven't been eating pizza for ages.

Then we went for the stage show. It's about Mulan and they made it super funny. So it's quite enjoyable. Haha... It's such a long day and I was so tired until fell asleep straight away on my bed. @@"

Extra Staircase Exercises

I was on the 1st floor of the Biological Science building, trying to find Mr Jon Tully's office but didn't know what's his room number. So went up to the 3rd floor to look at the directory. Then, found his room number. It's on the 1st floor.

Swt! I have to roll back down to 1st floor and his room is just beside the staircase. Then, I found this piece of paper on his door.

"Reports and question sheets can be collected from Dr. Posterino's office Biological Sciences 2 Room 358A. Thank you."

Whaat?? Fine. I climbed back up to 3rd floor and finally reached his room with all my sweats on my face. In the end, he wasn't in his room. Grrrr....... pengsan!

Rat Dissection

My first day of uni after break ended with a rat dissection. It's my first time dissecting a furry mammal! My rat was black and white, so cute! I never like the pinning part at the beginning of every dissections, but other than that, the rest of the dissection is fine with me.

I'm so good at cutting ribs now because my partner doesn't like that 'crack' sound. Same goes for toad's ribs too. Hehe. This time, the smell of the intestines was still bearable. Always try to hold my breath once the intestines are exposed. But there's one time I had to dissect a big big chicken and look at its digestive systems. That one was soooo horrible with that smell. @@"

Glad that I only have to look at this rat's vascular system and its urogenital system. I got a female rat! And I guess she was very very constipated before this because there're a lot of poo inside. Swt...

Sorry no picture. Scared my readers pengsan or lose appetite. Haha...
