Hong Kong main characteristic: dine with strangers. In their Hong Kong 'char chan teng'/coffee shop, not a single chair is unoccupied. When your table has got unoccupied chairs, people will just sit down at your table. So not used to it. @@"
We took a ferry to Lamma Island. Walking on a ferry was so much fun! We need to walk to the left and walk to the right, and so on. Lol. Can experience how a drunk person walks.
Arrived at Lamma Island.
We went for a hiking. On the way, we stopped by at a 'tao fu fa' stall for some rest. This stall was on the newspaper before, so we thought it should be very nice. However, when we tried it, it's got a burnt taste. My sis said maybe the sugar was burnt. Swt.
After about 2 hours, sweating profusely, finally we've reached the village on the other side of the island. Phew...
Welcome to Lamma Island!
Was super hungry after the walk. So we had seafood for lunch. Fresh from the sea! The all time favourite deep fried squid!
Fresh abalones!
While waiting for the next ferry, we took a visit to the floating fish farm.
It's like sea creatures information session. The fishes weren't very active during winter, but we still got learned some interesting facts about them.
Then, dad brought me to the Stars Avenue. Yay! Can touch Hong Kong stars' handprint. Hehe. Some of the handprints are disappearing, not so obvious anymore. Anyway, Jackie Chan's handprint is very deep, won't disappear easily.
This are the handprints of Wong Chau Sang. So yeng! xD
Dinner at a hakka restaurant. The 'mui choi kao yook' was super nice! Just didn't like the layer of jelly(fats) on top.
Dessert: mango pudding. I super love Hong Kong mango pudding. Something (don't know what's that called) will flow out from this pudding, like liquid pudding inside. Lol. This was the best pudding I've ever had. Eat 10 times also won't be bored of it. :p
