I REALLY ENJOYED MY BIRTHDAY! thanksssss people i really appreciate it.Well...i spent my birthday like this. First i met up with my friends.We had lunch at this hon kong cafe in Plaza Singapura. After that,we proceeded to the jamming studio.i watched them jam and i must say they were pretty good! hahahah keep up the good work guys! :D They even sang me a birthday song hahahaha so touched.And they surprised me with the presents! haha they gave me a very very cute cap.hahahah thanks guys.... After that i went for Bboy felix's open class at Studio Wu.Hmmm it was kinda basic but i enjoyed being taught by him.Great person great teacher. Okay here comes the fun part. WE MET UP AGAIN AND PLAYED LEFT 4 DEAD!!!!hahahahahahahah  i think im addicted.hahahahaha. That kinda sums up my birthday. 8) Thanks once again my good friends :D date: Thursday, January 15, 2009

TODAY'S SESSION IS DOPE.hahahaha i learnt a lot.Thanks yusman :D before i go. Alien Ness: Within the dance, you have Moves vs. Movement and most people just concentrate in one specific move but not getting into the dance and the movement. It’s only because the younger generation of B-Boys don’t know ????. Back in the days, we would go to a club and pump spank and all with the girls and when it came to time to Break, we still had that rhythm. Nowadays, if you want to do Breaking, you think that you have to do million Headspins but you can’t dance with a girl in the club with Headspins. If you don’t deal with the rhythm, at that point, I can’t consider you a B-Boy. To me, a B-Boy’ got to be in tuned with that one main element and that’s what moves our spirit; the drum. If that drum doesn’t move you and you can catch that rhythm, then you are not B-Boying. Move without a movement is just simple tricks. You got a lot of kids out here that does one round of footwork and jump up and freeze on one hand and everybody will go crazy but I can teach a chiwawa to stand on one hand, but I can’t that chiwawa how to catch the groove! One thing i will nvr forget in 2008,is the day i shaved my head.hahahaha! i will always remember how my friends enjoyed touching my head,and calling me monk(!).hahaha.all these memories would be kept in my heart. :D Today was a short day for me,because i woke up at 1! hahaha.couldnt help it since i slept at 5 last night. =x Well anyway my sis celebrated her birthday today,although its on the 3rd of january.hahaha.my relatives were here and it was a lot of fun! (because there were mountains of food heheheh =x ) hahahaha.yup. So... that's about it for today. Well i was at Vivo last night for the countdown.it was kinda boring.hahaha.nevertheless i enjoyed myself. :D work would resume on monday ~.~ although i dread it but it also means $$$$ for me to buy clothes! hahahaha.and ohya! bboy open is starting soon and i look forward to it. 2009 is gonna be an interesting year and i really look forward to it.i wonder what kind of surprises awaits me? hmm... P.S. new year resolution is to be a better bboy and be a better person! :D peace PPPP.SSSS. there's smth wrong with blogger's time.it's 11.35pm now :D |
