:: Happy Birthday JX!   HAPPY BIRTHDAY JIAXUAN JIE! *surprise!!* look real anot? did this for Jiaxuan-jie as she's now TOTALLY head over heels over Ethan Juan. Her expression when she saw these pictures was PRICELESS! She screamed and couldn't believe her face was there. We were all laughing and amused, but she was so happy! Haha, felt that it's worth almost 1 hour of photoshop. Heh! Asia Conference is coming up in less than a week! Everyone is busy and so am I! And all these late nights took a toll on my body. It's a relapse of my illness 3 weeks ago. Fever and sorethroat. Bodyaches, fatigue. Oh man, please get well, if not, as per doctor's instructions, I'd need to do a blood test... Nooooooooo. :: Asia Conference This year's Asia Conference is really a physically challenging time of the year. Staying late in the office until wee hours, like 2, 3am. Looking through product listings, product prices, product discounts... Ensure that all information are in place. Liaising with US side to order books... And etc. AHHHHH! So many things to do!! I can't wait for the break that comes after all these! HOLIDAY HOLIDAY!! :: can i be edward cullen? im physically, emotionally and mentally tired. projects have never been so tiring before and i feel myself being like a wet rag, twisted and wringed. and im not even the main planner. imagine sue, being the main contact person and planner for Asia Conference. it's a miracle her hair's not standing yet. amazing! out of 5 working days this week, 2 have been spent in office until 2am. the other have been at least till 830pm. there's just so much to do, so much to look into. i hate doing mind games. i really half the time wished i were edward cullen. i would love to know what goes on in your head, and yeah, knowing how much you abhor me, detest me, or love and worship me. either. i just wanna know what you are thinking, to save myself the anguish to try figure out. urgh. still love you; Sunday, May 2, 2010 @ 23:55
:: English Movies - Iron Man 2 went and caught iron man 2 on thursday - it was a good movie! i really wonder what stopped me from watching English movies in the past. many of my friends freaked out when i say i never caught Spiderman, never caught Batman, never caught all those epic English action films. well, i used to dislike watching English films because i thought it was really hard to catch what they're saying. i ALWAYS had to read the subtitles, and whenever i read them, sometimes i get too engrossed in reading, i missed out some good parts, and then i'll always have that "urgh! i missed it!" feeling afterwards. and sometimes when the actors speaks very fast, the subtitles moves very fast too! and i can't catch them in time! :( so from secondary school days, i think i only caught less than 5 English movies. but i think i have slowly gained back my confidence in English movies. :) so i must catch back those epic movies that i've missed - spiderman!!! "With great power comes great responsibility...." oh well, iron man 2 was a enjoyable show, i had a good laugh, and i was really awed by the high-tech science and computer graphics they displayed. my jaws dropped like to the ground when i see how robert downey jr did his stuff at home. it was wow, Wow, WOW! so guys (and girls), go catch it! it's worth 4 popcorns! :) i'm gonna find out what happened in iron man 1! :D still love you; Friday, April 30, 2010 @ 01:20

:: shifting! phew! it has been a LOOOOOOOOONG day for me today! first it was duty at 7am, and then with a squeaky, throaty voice, i had to manage my retail team today. and then after service it was the BIG MOOVE to hall 8. wow, we've been in Hall 1 for 4 months already! that's so fast, and in a blink of an eye, a third of the year has passed! oh well... with still a croaky voice, all of us helped out with the shifting and it was good effort! we managed to pack everything by 3pm and released the sisters to go home. it was very fast, but then due to some hiccups, we wasted an hour plus on waiting for some other stuffs to clear before our truck could come in and aid us in moving the furniture... it took us 1.5 hours longer than usual... so well, we ended really late - at 8pm! but well, it was good workout. im not looking forward to the next shift though. shrugs. still love you; |
