Have been wanting to swim after work in the evening. Everyday, the rain will spoil my plan without fail. URGH. Anyway, was thinking of renewing my safra membership card. Hopefully the rain will be more lenient on me & grant me my swim! :D
& saw the weather report on the news just now. The temperatures at Shanghai is ridiculous low. 8 degree celsius when its only early November. I was in Shanghai during December 2007 and the lowest degree was also 8 degree celsius. Spot the difference? The weather is going berserk and hay-wire. Global warming and global cooling. NOT GOOD! Really needs to salvage the condition Earth is in right now at a faster pace.
NOTE TO SELF: Buy winter jackets for my taiwan trip this December. I wont wanna freeze there!
Due to the rain, I had to take the longer route home. Saw more faces of the ugly Singaporean.
Was waiting for the bus at the bus stop and wanted to look for a seat. When I turned to the bench, it was occupied by a middle-aged lady and HER PRECIOUS UMBRELLA! I stared at her, but she was totally oblivious of my staring and continued to read her newspaper as though her umbrella should be given the ENTITLEMENT of having that seat! URGH. Infuriating.
Then, got onto the bus & another incident with middle-aged women. This time, it is two of them. They wanted to get off the bus at the interchange but did not when others did & when the ez-link machine was refreshing (as it was a loop service). They started making a fuse that the ez-link machine is out-of-service and they cant go off. Their actions also scared a Chinese (PRC) lady. I guess she was new in town, so she was super afraid of getting lost. & the 2 middle-aged women dint do much good by scaring her further that the bus route doesnt cover that place she wants to go. (when the bus route is going. -.-) WHAT AN IDIOT!
Seriously. Singaporeans should be more gracious. & benches and seats are for humans(who is a living thing), not UMBRELLAS (which is a non-living thing). Please put your umbrella elsewhere la. Unless you are a genius who can justify that an umbrella is a living thing! &&& I must emphasize that I dont have any dislike or prejudice for PRC Chinese or middle-aged women. It just so happened that they're the main characters of both incidents today. :D
SPOILER OF THE DAY! Am not in very good mood today as my ears have been roared by the loud drilling which has been ringing in the office since morning (courtesy of the new pawnshop downstairs - RENOVATION). Caused this mad headache that almost burst my head and make me go crazy. URGH.
Well oh well. It has been duper long ago, since I went dating with bf. :D
Saturday was spent in school, science centre and town. Has the luxury of having the car in the morning and drove to school for SIP on-campus session. Headed home to return the car to my parents with bf before heading down to science centre for the bodyworlds exhibition. :D Stunning and enriching, I would say. But the exhibition hall is super cold. Was feeling ultra cold. Walked around science centre too. It has been years since I last stepped into science centre and some exhibits are still the same? But at the lousier state. Maybe science centre should put in replace the exhibits as some of them are already spolit. Nonetheless, I had lots of fun trying out the new exhibits too.
Headed down to town soon after for movie and dinner! However, while we were on the train, I realised that I forgot to get my mum's credit card to collect the tickets I've reserved. URGH. Fortunately, mum was nice enough to bring it over to the MRT station for me. PHEW~ Reached town and it was pouring heavily! URGH. What a stupid weather. Bf had to run to centrepoint's john little in the rain to get umbrellas. HEES. 'cos yours truly do not have the habit of bringing an umbrella out. Finally reached cineleisure. Had dinner and caught Michael Jackson's This is it. His professionalism really wow-ed me. He is very particular about every single little detail of his concert. Everyone should go watch it!
& it was going home time. Walked to Ngee Ann City to look at the Subaru Challenge before training home. That was my halloween for you. HAHAHA. I usually would just stay at home every year. Although celebrating halloween is still not the norm in Singapore, I still saw some groups of people dressed up for Halloweens. COOL!
&&& ARSENAL WON LAST NIGHT! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~ & I finally can replenish some loss sleep for this week.
GOODBYE! & I seriously dread mondays to fridays. 4weeks more to go! JIA YOU! :D
p.s. I WANT & NEED A POLAROID CAMERA & DIGITAL CAMERA LA! :(
