CHINESE NEW YEAR!

24 Jan:
Early reunion dinner with the paternal side of my family over at my place. My grandmum, uncles, aunts, and cousins all came over to my place. & my parents were kept busy in the kitchen for almost the whole day, preparing the food, cooking the food. Helped my parents with the house chores while they prepare the food.
My baby cousin is darn cute. She will never fail to cry when she comes my place previously. However, she did not cry this time round. She took time to 'warm up' herself & she let me carry her. YAY! :D:D:D But anyway, she is darn cute, & she can write with both of her hands can. Dinner was superb. Company was the best of the best, as i dont get to see many of my family members as oftenly. :D SUPERB REUNION! :D
25 Jan:
Did a final round of spring cleaning. Painted my nails & headed down to my maternal grandparents' place for another round of reunion dinner. However, not much of my relatives were there, not really much reunion to begin with. Ate steamboat. Watched television program. Den headed to River HongBao with my parents. Actually wanted to take a look at the exhibitions on the floating platform, den stay for countdown. The long queue kept us on the Marina Grandstand. Sat there waiting for the fireworks, which we thought they will have after countdown. BUT HELL NO! After the firing of the fire crackers, the sky remains quiet. :( NO FIREWORKS CAN! :( So suddening. After that disappointment, headed to the temple to bai bai. Then, home sweet home.
26 Jan:
大年初一! :D Slept to my hearts' content before heading to my uncle's place to 拜年. Lunched. Listen to my uncles and aunts sing karaoke. & headed to my 大姑's place, then to my maternal grandparents' place. Their place will always be quite empty on 初一, as most people will only come on 初二. So watched tv, keep eating lots of snacks as I was super bored. Started camwhoring. LOL. Took like 40 over photos larh. :D I KNOW VERY ZILIAN! HEHE! Im too bored larh. Even my parents were bored, headed home after watching numerous hours of television.
27 Jan:
大年初二! Had to wake up quite early, as I have to go to my aunt's house before heading to my maternal grandparents' place. Spent my time playing with my cute cousin and singing karaoke at my aunt's place. :D Had lunch over there before leaving for my grandparents' place. It was filled with super a lot of people. VERY TYPICAL ON 初二 EVERY YEAR LARH! :D Anyways, a lot of people also means a lot of hongbaos! HEES. Oh yes. My cousins brought their dogs, Jojo and Nana, over. Both of it were tshizu. :D Both of it were darn cute. Nana is darn lazy while Jojo is darn active. Jojo will be jumping around trying to play with Nana, but Nana will just stay stagnant. LOL. Darn cute. Was fun initially as I wasn't as tired. But the number of people in the house started to decrease, I also begin to feel bored. Almost fell asleep watching television program, even when the show is super nice. :( Managed to try to keep myself awake till my parents wanted to leave at 10 plus. Got home & wanted to wrap up the HR report which is due the next day. Got to know that hbc were at keegen's place. :( I could have gone over if i know it larh, wont need to stay there and be so bored. RAWR! But I still stayed at home to finish up the report.
28 Jan was BACK TO SCHOOL! Went to school earlier to print the report, and hand in the report. Den had commskills summative tutorial. & YES! NO MORE PROJECTS FOR THIS SEMESTER! :D
Another round of 拜年-ing tml! :D The HBC are coming over to my place to kick start the day's visiting. :D Will update about tml soon! :D
