Our Mansfield Thiots

This weekend was the play Narnia, the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe in Mansfield.  Addison and Harper have both been rehearsing for the past six weeks.  They have worked so hard and the play was a huge success.  We were able to attend the Saturday evening performance and we loved it.  Miss Elie was able to attend with us which made it extra fun.  I got to sit beside Brooklyn during the second half and I loved that.  I'm hoping Ricky will share a photo with me so I can share with you.  It was magnificent! Thanks Ricky.  Harper is on the front row far left and Addison right above her in the gorgeous antlers.  Well Done Girls! Brooklyn was an awesome cheering on sister and great supporter!

Our Medford Granges

I loved seeing these babies playing blocks and building castles and playing with the princesses.  What cute little play mate they are most of the time.  Simon has had a few creative stunts this week.  Keep your eyes on that cute boy.  He can think of very clever things to do when you aren't watching.
Charlie boy loved catching snowflakes on his tongue this week.  A couple of days of snow and then some sunshine.  A bit of variety makes like interesting for sure.

Twos-day was a hit this week in Medford with 2/22/22.  I loved how Tatia made number 2 pancakes for dinner.  YUMMY!!!!

Our Folsom Thiots

What a fun weekend this was.  Each of the kids had a friend over and they each got a different part of the house to play or watch a movie.  They had such a good time together.  Hooray!
I love Keelie up on the retaining wall balance beam.  Be careful Keelie!
Red looks pretty happy celebrating her celebrating her 51 week old birthday.  She will be one next Sunday.

As you can tell, Red or Winnie both nicknames for Winifred is very well loved with the Folsom Thiots.  I love how you can even use her for a pillow.  Kind of reminds me of Jacob who used rocks for pillows, much softer choice in Winnie.
The very best part of the whole week was on Sunday when our dear prophet President Russell M. Nelson stopped by for a special message to all the California saints.  The Folsom Thiots loved having him right in their living room via a video conference.  We Thank Thee oh God for a Prophet!

Our Orem Thiots

Our Orem Thiots took a quick trip to LA over the long weekend.  The kids were lonesome for the beach and I'm sure the beach was lonesome for them too.  Such a beautiful photo of these darling children.  I'm so glad they had a safe and fun time together.

You simply can't miss a trip to Disneyland when you are so close.  Do you know how good churos taste while riding the merry go round.  I love this family picture of all four of them together.  You are great at selfie shots PJ!

Our Upstairs Thiots

Last weekend we got to celebrate Miss Elie's birthday with her.  We went to a giant indoor water park and had a great time.  The only sad part was when you are in the water, not picture taking.  Take my word for it, we had a lot of people who love Elie to be there with us and we all had fun.
This is the only photo of our table to show our guests where to come find us.
Our birthday cup cakes that we doctored up with shark fins and life preservers were yummy too.
They had a fun but breezy trip to six flags too.  Sky and Elie are good at fun!

I loved watching Elie play with my primary genesis displays.  She loved Rebecca and her well and all those camels were fascinating too. I LOVE that we have two Rebecca's in our family.  Our Becky who Ricky was so lucky to marry and our Rebecca who Ben was so lucky to have too.  Rebecca even had twin boys but she did NOT name them Esau and Jacob, but Luke and Owen.  Fortunately, her boys like each other too.

We Plano Thiots

We got some good news about our aunt Betty this week.  She was really struggling but has rallied and that makes us all happy.  Her daughter said she got a perm and that can make us feel better when our hair is happy, we can be happy too.
Dick's great friend and work buddy had his son get married to the lovely Emma last weekend.  We loved getting to be there to witness that beautiful wedding.
Keith and Betty Pat, the groom Kevin's parents looks so great! Never does a man look any better than he does in a tuxido.
We loved watching the couple have their first dance.  They both have the most beautiful smiles.  They should make tooth paste commercials.
Then here is their whole family.  So fun to have watched them grow.  I loved the big letters that spell their name.  So fun!
I love getting to decorate the primary table each week to remind our primary children about the come follow me lesson that week. And Rebekah said, "I will go."  I loved how she showed kindness to Isaac servant and he knew she was who was to marry Isaac.  Watering all those camels was NOT an easy job.
Our first counselor in Primary just bought her first home and is moving to another city.  We are going to miss her bunches.  The kids loved to sign her card on Sunday.  I can't wait to deliver it to her new house.  Hope you have had a great week.  Sure love you, Robynn

Our Mansfield Thiots

For many years, my sweet mama would send our family a big bucket of Red Vines Licorice for Valentines Day.  When I was trying to think of something sweet to do for my valentines, I think I heard her whisper Red Vines Licorice in my ear.  In todays world, it's much simpler to do with Amazon to be your shipping partner.  Thanks Mom for the idea.  I think it made some smiles on faces in my family. Happy Valentines Mansfield Thiots!

Our Medford Granges

I loved getting this sweet Thank You note from Oscar and Gracie.  They promised to share  with the rest of the family.  I loved the clever valentine cards Tatia and her kids made for their class mates.  Such fun!  Happy Valentines Medford Granges!

Our Folsom Thiots

I loved seeing our Folsom Thiots enjoying their valentine licorice.  It was our sweet Jen's Happy Birthday on Tuesday.  She and Tatia's Jake are both February 8th Babies.  We have five sets of birthday twins in our family.  Feb 8th: Jen and Jake, Feb 12th Gram & Elinor, May 2: Penny and Liam, Oct. 2: Charlie and Lani's dog Simon, Dec. 20: Simon and Gracie. That's pretty Awesome.  Happy Valentines Folsom Thiots!

Our Orem Thiots

We loved this sweet thank you from the Orem Thiots.  I loved seeing Mister Squirrel and his two new little brothers who also arrived this week in the mail.  Happy Valentines Orem Thiots! Pierce was a great helper with the seating chart for the other ward Primary that shares our primary room.  They were quite delighted!  Thanks PJ! Happy Valentines Orem Thiots!

Our Upstairs Thiots

Miss Elie's birthday was Saturday so on Friday, Skyler got to go to her school and have lunch with her.  She wanted to bring a donut holes for a birthday treat for her class.
Sky made a cute sticker to put on these darling bags with windows with five donut holes inside.
Graypa was the packaging department and filled up 20 bags and got them ready to go to school with Sky.
Skyler loved getting to wear a visitor badge and it was early release day so he actually stopped and picked up Waffle House for breakfast which is Elies very favorite.
She got to open her book that Sky made her and her birthday dress from Gabbies Dollhouse.  She loved the book and I'm not sure if she will ever take off the dress.  It's so soft and comfy.  The waffles and hashbrowns were also a giant HIT! Having her Daddy at school was the biggest hit at all.  He said the kids loved playing hide and go seek at recess and they all wanted him to stay.
Her school class was so fun to help her celebrate her day.  I love the tree on the wall in her class room.  I think I might need to make one for our family history center.

Skyler got to have Elie on her birthday from 4-8 and this is her having a Happy Nappy on her way to dinner.  I think her bowling birthday party wore her out.  What fun!

Tatia sent out a text early this week wondering what kind of iron I had and if I loved it.  She's had an iron for 5 years that has started to leek rusty water.  Not a good trick Iron.  I've loved my Rowenta but have to be honest, she does NOT get a whole lot of use.
This is where I think we could used a cute Family Tree like Elie has in her school room.  These are my two buddies who I serve each Thursday afternoon with in the Library.  Miss Vivian and Miss Lynell.  They are both very great family history ladies and I enjoy being with them.  I keep hoping their family history bug will be contagious.   I did get to do the temple work for a ansestor with the first name of Content this week.  I LOVED her name and guessed she must have been a very sweet and calm little baby to be blessed with that name.  I can't wait to meet her in heaven.
This was the week I got to take dinner to Hope's Door, Womens Shelter.  They were sure excited to get valentine brownies.  Yum!
Graypa and Elie loved making Snow cones on our snowy Sunday last week.  We still have a few stains on the counter top from red syrup.  It was worth it.
This is the last of our snow on the drive way.  It kind of looks like a snow cone too.
LDS Living had the sweetest valentine story on Friday.  I hope this link works and you can read it too.https://www.ldsliving.com/how-greatness-of-heart-started-a-valentines-day-tradition-for-emily-belle-freeman/s/92358?utm_source=ldsliving&utm_medium=email
I was asked to help with the invitation to the Relief Society Birthday Party next month.  You get to bring 3 of your favorite things in a paper lunch bag to help us get to know each other better.  I can't wait.  What fun!  My sweet Valentine has gone to Beaumont Texas for the next few weeks.  He will be home next weekend to attend Elie's birthday party and Kevin Graves Wedding.  He's got lots of work to get done.  Please keep him in your prayers.

And here is our sweet Jackson and Mister Squirrel.  I don't know why I can't get him with the Orem Thiots.  I think he wanted to be with me and Graypa.  That makes me happy too.  Have a Happy Valentines Y'all!  Sure Love you, Robynn

 Our Mansfield Thiots

Wednesday was a big day for Brooklyn.  She spent several hours in the orthodontist office getting her braces on.  For the next 18 months she will have this darling smile. She has been a trooper but it's been pretty uncomfortable trying to get used to that feeling of metal in her mouth.  Addison and Adelaide know just what she is feeling.  Lots of sympathy coming your way.

The two snow days on Thursday and Friday were kind of nice that she didn't have to be at school when she felt so miserable.  I loved this photo Ricky sent from out  his front office window.  He said kids kept coming by all day wanting him to come out and play and he had to tell them that he had to WORK and couldn't play.  He said he decided not to shovel his front sidewalk as to keep sales men from coming by. he he he

Have you every been minding your own business, climbing on your slippery slide and your darling twin brother trips over the slide, tipping it over and you face plant right in the mud?
Can I just tell you, that it not your best day.  Simon is still my best friend but I hope he will learn to be more careful.

Thankfully, my mom has lots of soft warm washcloths and could get my beautiful smile back on my face in not too much time.  Thanks Mommy!

Our Folsom Thiots

Keelie wins the prize for shoveling the most snow.  This picture was actually taken in Sandy Utah a few years back.

Our Folsom Thiot's just got a new ministering brother who spent his younger years growing up in Plano, Texas?  He lives on Gopher Drive, the perfect street to live on during this week of Come Follow me when Noah has been building the Ark out of Gopher wood for over one hundred years.  Pretty Cool address I would say So glad you are watching over our Folsom Thiots. I loved that the Folsom Thiots watched Evan Almighty last Sunday to get up to date on the Noah and the Ark Story.  We loved watching it on Friday night.

Our Orem Thiots

Pierce and Jackson had a fathers and sons outing to the Creamery this week.  Jackson's new favorite it a Lavella Vanilla.  Lavell Edwards was BYU Football's winning coach for years and in fact they even named the football stadium after him.  My dad loved Lavella Vanilla too.  Some ice cream flavors are simply in the genes.   So glad you are feeling better Jackson!!!

Our Upstairs Thiots

Want to play I SPY With Elie? Can you spy a Brighton Bengal Tiger? A green frog? An armadillo? a purple boa constrictor snake? 3 tiny mice? a darling girl who is six days away from being 5 years old?

Skyler and Elie have had a ball playing in the little bit of ice and snow that is lift on our street.  Sky made straps for Elie's skis and off she went!

Elie drew a darling ground hog at school on Wednesday.  Cutest groundhog I've ever seen.

When I talked to Aunt Marie last week, she said she had been wishing for an apron and so I found a cute one at Target and sent it her way.  It was so fun to face time with her when she opened it.  She looks darling in her valentines apron!
Our Little crepe myrtle tree made the most elegant icicle's.  I loved how pretty they were.
Our cute cousin Jeremiah works at the airport deicing the planes.  Oh my what a cold cold job.  I'm sure glad they had him this week to keep planes moving.

With the roads and sidewalks so icy, I tested out Sky and Dick's inside bike.  It is not my favorite.  They love it and go so fast.  Not me.

Our Sister Missionaries were supposed to have dinner with us on Ground Hog Day.  I made ground hog tacos for dinner and ended up having to deliver them to their home as they had to stay home with the storm coming.  I love that the mission president keeps them safe in bad weather.  I hope you have had a nice week and that you know how loved you are.  SLY Robynn
