What do you think...

LOL I thought about changing my blog design today, BUT what the heck, Christmas is right around the corner!!! SO I think I will just leave it :)

What I am reading now...

I really am loving this series. Maybe not quite as much as I did Twilight, but very close to that.

Halloween!

We had a great time this Halloween...All the kids were pirates. We went to a few friends and families houses and hit the neighborhood by their houses. The boys got tired of it after 3 streets and Morgen even stopped going up to the door and just sat down on the sidewalk. I sent the boys back to their Uncle Jason and Aunt Stacey's to be with Todd. Natty wanted to go on and on. She was a trooper! I am glad this night is over as it is the worst holiday for me. Now I can focus on Christmas...My favorite holiday other than Thanksgiving!

Bruneau Sand Dunes...

Noah and I had an awesome time on his 4th grade field trip. Health wise I did great and was really able to enjoy myself. The last time I went to thee sand dunes I was a teenager and I am sure I had other things on my mind ;P...If you know what I mean! So this was such a treat to go with Noah. Bruneau Sand dunes are the tallest single-structured sand dune in North America and rises to 470 feet high. It was bright and sunny and honestly a PERFECT day with no wind! It was really pretty also because the trees are changing color right now! Next time I will remember to bring our sleds so we can plunge off the other side. I think it would be a one time thing though. I just about had a heart attack climbing to the top! I will definitely be taking the family here. I can just imagine the fun Morgen would have on these giant sand hills!

Life does go on...even when it gets tuff!

Well I have been very busy lately. I am 3 weeks into a new diet...not to loose weight, but for health reasons. It is called the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. To follow this diet one cannot eat grains, sugar, lactose, starches, anything processed and so on. Basically EVERYTHING I was eating before I can't eat now. It has been a total lifestyle change. When I grocery shop for me it is basically the outer perimeter of the grocery store...you know all the fresh and frozen foods. I now am in search of a cheap place to buy Almonds and honey...I use these a lot. I am hoping that this diet will enable me to be off meds as right now I am on 6 pills a day indefinitely. The medication is just too expensive for me right now and the doctor is giving me samples, but that is not a guarantee every month. So that is what I have been up too...doesn't that sound like fun! Thanks to all my family and friends who have been SO supportive...I love you guys!

Cody, Wyoming

What an adventure for Todd and Noah to go to Wyoming and be with family. I only wish we could have all went. It looks absolutely beautiful up there. It was really good for Todd to do something like this. I missed him horribly, but it was worth it seeing him be so happy! Morgen kept asking if Dad was ever going to come back...it was really sweet! Natty and he both really clung to him when he got home.

My Fitness Ticker...The BIGGER the goal, the harder the climb, the sweeter the reward!

I was debating if I wanted to post this ticker here for all of you to see, but I think that it will help me to be more accountable.I am trying really hard to get into shape and although I have been slacking lately, I am still proud of my progress. MFP website has been a great tool for me. Wish me luck!!!
