Obsession with shoes

Jasper and Isabel have a crazy obsession with shoes. Isabel's is more with boots. Jonah, is pretty content in anything...Mr. Low Key. I came home from running errands one night & saw my kids dressing up in my boots. Not to mention, the smell of perfume overwhelmed the house...and I mean, overwhelmed. Apparently, she also was obsessed with that while I was gone. You'll notice most of these events take place when mama is gone & their daddy is here. Just sayin'! :)

PF Chang's

Last weekend; me, Amber, Ashley & mom went to PF Chang's for dinner. It was very very tasty.

It never fails

When I have to make an important phone call, one of my kids (usually Isabel) starts screaming her head off at me & demanding juice? It's like they are programmed to do that. I can't hear the person on the phone & you can tell they are thinking, "Oh my lord, what is going on in that house!" Guess I need to start making phone calls while they are napping.

Go Karts and Fun

When my dad resided with us a few years back, he brought along his Go Kart. I was in the back garage while Nate was mowing and that Go Kart was staring me in my face. I LOVE that thing. It had been almost 3 years since I drove it. We have a special connection. But, it was kind of put on hold. While Nate's parents were visiting after the triplets were home, Nate's dad took it for a spin around our block. He got pulled over by the 5-0. He was told it wasn't street legal & that we couldn't drive it around a neighborhood like that.

Out of curiosity, I tried to start it up. She purred like a kitten. I got on & took off like a crazy woman because I forgot how sensitive it is. Once I got the hang of it again, Iz wanted to go for a ride. I drove her around the back yard & a loop in the front of the driveway. I so desperately wanted to go around the block, but I didn't. That is all I need is to be arrested for having an illegal street mobile with my 3 year old daughter sitting next to me. We have to get a new back tire because it is pretty flat. But, other than that, she should be good to go. I'll have to take it to the High School parking lot so I don't get pulled over. Until then, the Go Kart is sitting in the front garage & the kids love to sit on it.
