The Doctor

We ended up getting the kids in to the doctor on Monday. As I was paying, I looked over & saw them sitting so patiently with Nate. It's so funny because every time we go somewhere, it seems like someone comments on how well our children our behaved. Huh? Come again? I mean, don't get me wrong, they aren't hellions, but they are a bit different when they are home with me. There was a young girl who was leaving & Jonah was standing by the door. She said, "Oh she's okay...she's so cute!" Once again, Nate said, "We are cutting his hair." And once again, I said, "No, we aren't." Mama wins again!

The diagnosis?? Just a viral thing...the whole vomiting, diarrhea, snotty nose, coughing, etc. So, we walked out with no prescriptions. Thank God we have insurance, otherwise I woulda had to pay a whole lot more than $90...for nothing.

The last Christmas of this year

We had our last Christmas at my mother & father in-laws this weekend. We went up on Saturday & got back yesterday. We had a good time...minus all my kids being sick, whiny & not sleeping. It seems as though every time we go visit them, my kids are sick with something. But, it definitely doesn't put a damper on the kids...they love going to visit Grandma & Grandpa. We learned, this weekend, that Jasper can no longer sleep in a pack n play. He has learned to hike his leg up & pull himself over.

We all got lots of nice stuff. And of course, my in-laws house was decorated beautifully. They had some major wind on Saturday night & it pulled up one of the pine trees from the front yard. Here are some pics from the weekend...

Cousin Ryan...he got a cool Air Hog (is that right?) helicopter
I guess I should announce that we have a new set of triplets! And it is 2 boys & 1 girl! Isabel is the proud mama of these babies....although Jasper & Jonah pushed the stroller around more than she did. Grandma had bought the triplet babies for Iz & then I found out about a killer deal from FAO Schwartz on a baby doll triplet stroller.

Awww
Okay, I'm sure you notice Jasper's huge dangly earrings, right? Those are Isabel's. When we were getting ready to leave on Saturday, he had them & I clipped them on his ears. He kept those things on the entire day. In the van on the way up, one of them had fallen off. And I swear to you, he screamed like a girl.

Merry Christmas, Friends!

We had a good Christmas. Nate & I stayed up until 2 am assembling gifts. Nate had a few freak out moments, but we managed to get everything put together. After five Christmases with one more to go, we are worn out. But it is always fun to celebrate with family. Here's some pics from Christmas Day.

The kids on Christmas morning. Look at their cute PJ's they got from Uncle Lee & Aunt Amber.

This is The Rose Petal Cottage ~ I'm pretty sure every other triplet mom with a daughter, bought this. We got a great deal, so we couldn't pass it up.
Cool train table & parking garage

How cute are they? Looks like they are just visiting & having morning coffee

My princess in her tiara & earrings. She wore those earrings the entire day & didn't even bother them.
