Ready for coloring? You can be the judge

Well, I have been trying to get the kids interested in coloring. However, I do believe they are still a bit too young. Iz does well, but JC just eats the crayon. This gets JB going & he starts to eat it. Then they gag & it is all just so funny to them. I have a few videos from my phone. I must admit, they are pretty comical.

Today was my nephew's 8th Birthday! It's hard to believe. It has definately gone so fast & still to this day I think he is supposed to be mine in some way. My sister would laugh because he has a lot of similarities to his aunt. He had his party at the park & we all had a great time! The trips did NOT want to leave. Yea, we are talking fits & the whole shi-bang! Jonah even banged his head on the cement (on purpose). I think he forgot we weren't in a carpeted room. Thankfully, it didn't do too much damage. I do think it scared a few party goer's though. All in all, it was a great night. I took lots & lots of pics. Here are some.

If You're A Child Of The 80's

Than you should know this line..."Nobody Puts Baby In The Corner." Even the guys should know this...especially if you have sisters. Yes, it comes from the great movie, Dirty Dancing. I found this bib in the dollar bin at Target last night. My kids don't wear bibs anymore but I had to get it. I also quote that saying to Nate & thought it would be fitting that his daughter carry on the tradition.

"I'VE HAD IT WITH THIS DUMP"

As Jim Carrey (AKA Lloyd Christmas) would say in Dumb & Dumber.

Seriously, the amount of food that is thrown on my floor is enough to feed a small army. I'm soooooo tired of food throwing & sippy throwing. Here are a few pics. One is the living room floor from today. I made the mistake of letting them have some chips. The other one is food that I've swept off the kitchen floor from today. And we've only had 2 meals!!

~ Remembering our beautiful twins, Olivia & Elijah who passed away on February 13, 2005. Mama, daddy & your brother's & sister love you so much!
We had a nice memorial day. My in-law's, sister in law & niece & nephew came down to visit us. We grilled out & had a good time.

And no...it's not Nate. Poor JC is going thru something. I don't know if it is his ears bothering him, his allergies, or a combination of everything. I feel completely helpless with my little guy. He has his surgery in less than a week & I can honestly say I'm looking forward to it. Of course I'm not looking forward to my baby being put under or feeling like crap after, but I do hope & pray this helps him.

I'm stressed to the max. It's not an easy task taking care of 3 toddlers. And let me say, they are beginning to enter the dreaded "terrible two's". Although, I've heard from a number of people that the 3's were the worst. Oh Lord help me. But between JC throwing fits & banging his head on everything & JB & Iz doing things they aren't supposed to, I'm spent!! I feel like "NO" is the only word they hear. They definately know how to say it.

Well, here's to 8:30 pm & quiet time for mama...besides miss Iz singing in her crib. Oh well, it is such a sweet sound!

Iz eating a popsicle...Aunt Ash has the best treats!!
Since it was such a nice day, the kids & I went over to my sister's again to play outside. I forgot my regular camera but did get some shots on my phone. I don't think they turned out too bad. We had a fun visit, as usual. We had to cut it a little short because Aunt Ashley accidentally gave JC some Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter Crunch. JC is allergic to nuts. Luckily he had only eaten a few pieces before we realized it. He had a small breakout on his face but nothing major. Here are some pictures.

Ahhh CRAP!!

Literally...CRAP! So, we spent a fun filled evening at my sister and brother in-law's house. Unfortunately I forgot my camera. Our dad was there & we had a great time. Ashley & Aaron (sis & BIL) got a new swing set for their kids. They have a huge backyard & we went over & played & grilled out. My dad went to the Dairy Queen & got us all Buster Bars & Dilly Bars. My kids have never really had ice-cream before. So, we gave them each a bar & they had at it. They were a mess! When we got home, we threw them all in the tub before bed. Nate (my DH) gets them all out & they run off....NAKED!

JB runs into the kitchen & Nate drains the tub & goes to get him. I hear Nate say, "Oh JB!" What you see in the above picture is what JB did on the kitchen floor...Yep...Poop! And guess who cleaned it up because daddy was gagging? Yep...Me!

BITE ME!

Ok, so I've not been a mama for too long. But I think I know what a bite mark is. While bathing Iz this morning, I noticed a suspicious mark on her belly. Hmmm? Wonder which one did it?

Blogalicious

Hey Hey! I decided to create a blog for my family. It seems as though blogging is all the rage, so I figured I would get in with the hype. However, there are a few tiny promises that I may not be able to keep and they are as follows:

1. I can't promise there won't be some "bad language" used from time to time. I may have the same routine every day, but there are good days & there are bad days. For example, this morning has not been very fun. But alas, it's nap time & I just finished eating a frozen pizza & am currently drinking my first Diet Pepsi of the day. So for now, it's all good.

2. I can't promise that each post will be humorous and/or witty. I have read some blogs that are so funny I can't stop laughing. I'm hoping that by blogging, I can start to find humor in most everything. I try to find humor in most things, but sometimes it's tad bit difficult.

3. I can't promise that each blog will be filled with all the activities that the trips & I do everyday. You see, we don't get out much. It's kind of difficult to take 3 toddlers to the grocery by yourself. However, lately I have been trying to get out more. Last night we went to the bank to make a night deposit, dropped off recycling (if you don't recycle, you should...think about my kids' future) & went to Applebees to get car-side take out. Even if we only get out a 1/2 hour/day, it does make a difference. I think we made the Applebee's guy's night. Here is our conversation:

HIM: Oh, those are some cute kids.

ME: Thanks

HIM: They all look so close in age.

ME: Yep, they're triplets.

HIM: Really?

ME: Yes

HIM: That's really cool. You've got 2 boys & 1 girl, huh? That's perfect. Plus you got it all done at once.

I have to agree with him. And it was nice to hear someone say that it was "perfect" instead of, "better you than me."

So, the promise that I can keep is the following:

1. You will see 3 of the cutest kiddos you've ever seen!!
