CHRISTMAS!!!!

The kids never woke all night and at 8 AM I heard Faith say "mom.....come and get me". This was different. Usually she wakes and just comes out but I think she was a little afraid to and wondered about Santa and if he came.

I went into her room and said "silly, what are you doing?". She grinned at me and said "has Santa been here". It was so cute. She was all giddy and excited. We woke Owen and I took him into Faith's room while the lighting, music and mood was set in the living room (took just a few seconds). I already had breakfast cooking in the oven and everything was perfect! The kids went down the hall and into the living room and Faith was SO HAPPY to see her bike! She wanted a bike and computer. Owen was excited as well just because he was feeding off of Faith's energy. It was so cute!

We opened gifts, ate breakfast, my parents then came to visit and it was like Christmas all over. We all took naps, awwwwww! Then we traveled to Bountiful to visit the in laws and to have our Bott (my family) Christmas party.

We ate and ate all day and just kept unwrapping all day long. The kids truly had a magical and wonderful day.

Christmas Eve :)

My favorite time of year. Love Christmas Eve, everything about it.

We had our Workman Christmas party on Christmas Eve @ 5 pm. It was a Progress Dinner so we traveled to four homes eating our hearts out and then ending with some presents. Fun times!

Lindsay and I tried to prepare through out the week so our Christmas Eve wouldn't be to late and it wasn't. It was really nice and we were SO excited!!!!

Family Time

The kid's have loved making Christmas crafts, watching Christmas movies, and listening to Christmas music all month. They are just like their mom and LOVE the Christmas season, wish it would never end.

Faith's Program

Faith's little pre-school had a cute little Christmas program. We invited the grandparent's up for dinner and then went to watch Faith. They sang some song's and told a story, it was darling. The kids she goes to school with are so cute and they all get along so well. Faith adore's her teacher Mrs. Bridgett and loves going every week.

Faith also had a dance performance this week and unfortunately the best I could do with two hands was video everything and control Owen so I didn't get any still pictures. Maybe next time.

Layton City Lights

We love to go see the Layton City light's every year. The kids have a BLAST! We went one night for Family Night and invited my sister and her kids. And of course we had to stop for hot chocolate and donut's after, YUM!

Jackman Family Christmas Party

Our party was out in Salt Lake at our grandparents clubhouse. This is my mother's side of the family. We have it every year around the second week in December at the same location. It was so good to see everyone. It seems most of this family we only see a few times a year. Always nice to get together and eat of course.
