Happy Half Birthday!

Today Lucy turned 6 months old which means that Hannah turned 3 1/2. Hannah LOVES birthdays so she was excited to celebrate their 1/2 birthday.
 I can't believe my sweet baby is 6 months old. The first half of her life went by so fast. She is such a happy baby. She coos and smiles and rarely fusses, unless she is tired. Hannah never woke up talking and Lucy does this often. I can't tell you how many times I walk in to check on her and she is just playing away in her crib.
 She started sitting up today. She was getting the hang of it but I think today she really got it. She really enjoyed sitting in the bath tub. Hannah wanted to get in with her and after a few minutes I decided it was safer for Lucy to be laying down.  She is rolling over and starting to say some consonant sounds. We just love her. She and Hannah are both a lot of fun these days.
 Hannah is finally enjoying gymnastics and Mom's Morning Out. She will be starting preschool in the fall and we pre-register on Friday. I really hope that they have a spot. The teacher and school is wonderful. She also is really enjoying Sunday School. She loves to come home and play "Ms. Shelli", her teacher. They do a lot of singing and dancing so she is jumping around singing "JESUS" really loud. It is fun.

Here are some pictures that I took of Lucy today. Don't you love her stick up hair? Instead of comments on the color (like with Hannah) we get comments on it being fuzzy and sticking up!

Shoveling Snow

Hannah loves to help shovel snow. As soon as she realized Chris was outside she had to bundle up and go. (and yes, that is a shovel for the beach)
