Jackson is a very picky eater. VERY picky. One day he loves PB&J, the next he hates it. And, he has his daddy's tastes for vegetables - nothing green! And to his mother's horror, anytime we go out to eat he chants "Fry-Fry! Fry-Fry!". Ironically, he loves anything he can dip - especially salsa and guacamole. Not your typical toddler favorites. During today's lunchtime food battle, Jackson was whining. He refused his apple (which any other day he loves), refused vanilla puddin
g (um... who refuses pudding??), and was even refusing peanut butter Ritz crackers (usually a favorite). In frustration, mommy set down some hummus and crackers she was eating. Jackson promptly picks up one cracker and wolfs down the rest of the container of hummus - with the same cracker (hasn't quite learned that double-dipping is a faux pas!). So, he may be a picky-eater like is daddy, but he sure has his mommy's love for all things dipped!
