Brock will be 3 months old on Monday! They say that time goes to quickly and that your baby will be grown before you know it...I see what they mean now. He is growing quickly. I wish I could freeze him the size that he is for a bit longer. He melts our hearts. Brock is sleeping great! We get up a max of once a night! He is such a happy and laid back baby. His eyes are still the prettiest shade of blue. I hope that they stay that color.

Rich called me into Brock's nursery this evening and this is what I saw! I couldn't believe that he was holding his head up and he wasn't bobbling! He stayed in that position for about 2 minutes! I am one proud mom!

Brock
Brock was born on August 17th at 11:41 a.m. He weighed 8 pounds and 2 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long. Labor was short and sweet. I pushed 5 times and he was here. I think he looks like me and Rich thinks that he looks like him. I guess he is just a great combination of us both.

Anniversary Gifts
July 1st was our 2nd anniversary. Rich suprised me with a coupon booklet that he made for me! It was filled with things that he had planned for us for the weekend. He had a coupon for 2 nights at the Opryland hotel, dinner reservations Friday night at PF Changs (my favorite restaurant), fireworks in downtown Nashville, Saturday night dinner reservations at The Melting Pot (voted the #1 romantic restaurant in Nashville), and a shopping spree at the Nashville malls! I was floored that he had done all of this just for me! It was one of the sweetest things he has ever done for me!!
I gave him a NASCAR driving experience. He had to take a short class at Nashville Superspeedway and then he got to drive a NASCAR around the superspeedway 8 laps! He had great time topping out at 138 mph!!

Hometown Shower
I had my final shower on Saturday. It was my hometown shower with all of my family. Wendy (my sister) hosted it at her beautiful house! My sister Christy ordered the cutest waterbottle labels for everyone to drink out of. They contained all of the details about the shower. My mom, aunt Janice, and sister Amy could start a catering business. It was all yummy! I especially loved my mom's punch! The shower was very laid back. We were all able to visit, catch up, and look at pictures of everyones kiddos! It was suppose to storm all day, however it didn't rain a drop!!

Father's Day
The father to be went golfing with his dad, brother-in-law, and Wally at the Country Club. I got Rich a new bike helmet! When he opened it I found out that he had just bought a new one a few days ago!! Oh well I tried!
