Hey people, sorry for the late late update on last saturday's cell. Here's what happened in a nutshell :) Last saturday was Holy Saturday. One day after Good Friday and one day before Easter Sunday.
Those who met up early fellowshipped with each other. And watched various people attempt to massage Aaron's sprained neck. Not sure why, but people seemed to find Aaron's agony amusing.
Kenneth got us going with a few songs. And then we had to move ourselves to a larger area, due to a lack of space, when Daniel and Veronica came.
This cell was basically a prayer session. Jesus died on the cross for our sins. So the first thing we prayed about was asking God to relief our sins. We split up into guys and girls groups and shared about our sins. And of course, we prayed for each other. The disciples probably faced doubt or uncertainty after the death of Jesus Christ. And the second thing we prayed about was to ask God to remove our doubts and our problems. We broke into groups of four for this. Jesus Christ rose from the dead and defeated death! The last thing we prayed was a prayer of thankgiving. Thanking God for whatever we wanted to thank God for :)
We ended cell with singing praise to the Lord. People just started singing the songs that were on their heart.
After cell, we had dinner sponsored by the birthday boy, Jeremy Chan. Thanks for the dinner, Jeremy! Then, to thank Jeremy, we smashed cake onto his face :) What a wierd way to repay him. Lol. And then we had a time of fellowship by playing games. Jeremy and Andris, you still owe us forfeit next cell!
