Blame it on The Primitive Hare, but since I had seen her gorgeus, latest Pride and Prejudice themed design, I am totally distracted from my own designs and keep watching Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy on dvd.  There had been years, when I was such a huge fan of the BBC adaptation with Colin Firth that I had watched it and read Jane Austen's wonderful book million times.   I can totally understand Bridget Jones if you ask me. I am very blessed, because I met and talked with Colin Firth when he was in Budapest some years ago.  He and his Italian wife were both such wonderful, opened, kind and normal, I respect him even more since that day.   So instead of stitching I painted some 10-minute quick portraits of him to practice.  I love the English Derwent watercolour pencils, one of the finest, high quality pencils on Earth. Please welcome my latest design, You Are So Loved. It is dedicated to the strongest and deepest love between human beings: the love between mother and child.    The model was stitched on 40 ct French Vanilla hand dyed Zweigart Linen by Nina with her threads (Coral, Artichoke, Iris, Caramel, Ginger, Espresso and Cigar).     It will be another free pattern if you would like to, I can upload the pattern in a couple days.
