don't have enough time to tidy the house?
need sweeping and mopping?
vacuum the carpet? clean the toilet?
don't have ladder to clean ceiling fan?

well, my house now totally in mess!!!
i just able do the laundry, cooking and tidy house gitu2 aje...
mr.R also involved for kemas2 rumah but i still saket mata every time entering house...
and we want to spend more quality time with raina...
house chores can wait, play with my little teddy is more important!
i don't want maid by now! i prefer someone that can do the house chores daily...

so, the solution is hire someone that provide cleaning services...
i googgled and compare the price of cleaning services provided. They are...

1. bibik @ maid @ cleaner that at the same time be part timer for cleaning house...
but they want us to pickup and send them back home that i totally disagreed...
and the time provided for cleaning house not very reasonable and plus, us as the owner has to provide the cleaning products and tools...

2. cleaning services company...
most of them not provide service for Putrajaya and the charge more expensive than #no.1...
but owner no need worry about cleaning product and tools, and most of them are well-trained and have guidelines for cleaning (eg. clean marble floor)

and i hire them, Cinta Alam Cleaning Services...
the location at Bandar Baru Bangi, at Section 8...
they have supervisor that will check after all cleaning services done...
the procedure is just give them a call and they will come and clean your house!
they will send and pickup the cleaners but with transport charge, Putrajaya Rm10...
for first-timer, client must take the initial package...
price will be varied depends on the range of houses and they will send 2 cleaners...
apartment - Rm 90 for 3 hours... double-storey terrace - Rm 160 for 4 hours...
but u have to wait as the client list that need their service is sooo long...

for my turn, someone has cancelled their order...
and me being lucky bcoz they send 3 cleaners for 3 hours...
bcoz 1 cleaner doesn't has job at that time, so they send along...
and walllaaaa... best!!! bersihnya rumahku!

actually, it makes sense to get some help with such an unending chore...
house cleaning services will clean your home thoroughly and completely...
and also, the upkeep is much easier if you would like to take over from there...
they provide 6 packages for the next cleaning by monthly frequency...
or if u don want the package, just call for one service only...
spend the time you save enjoying your family!!!

and, i want to surprise my parent but they told me, they will not be around @ SA on Sunday so, nak tak nak i've to tell them earlier so my parent will be at home at that time hehehe :)
even, we can't gather all my siblings due to the distant and time but it's great to be at my home, SA with my younger sisters...

my age was 2-days earlier than raina...
i make raina cry today bcoz i don't have tocang like raina's so i pull hers...

later, off to Mid Valley bcoz my eldest sis keep encouraging me to buy baby 5-sippy-cup set from Hallmark Kids...
n.p. RM 49.90 but after discount, only RM 9.90 so what else, grab yourself now!
boleh ye die pesan 5 kotak? not only that sippy-cup set, they have 70-80% discount right now...
i managed to buy raina's cap, RM 8 only(n.p. RM 20) and bib, RM6...

and, we also in search the new stroller for raina bcoz her old one not functioning well...
Jusco on sale now and taraaa.... new stroller for raina...

she' quite fussy to stay in stroller, da biasa berdukung...
but no, raina, u get heavier, u must stay in stroller...

exclusive breastfeeding

almost everyday, i met people that ask questions about raina...

how's ur baby?
raina camne?
raina dah pandai buat ape?
minum susu ape?
anak bape bulan?

and i will repeat the same answer...

alhamdulillah, sihat...
dah pandai gelak terkekeh2 tergolek2 merangkak2...
dah kenal orang...
minum susu badan lagi...
anak dah 7 bulan lebih...

mostly people will 'goggled' their eye when the part 'minum susu badan lagi...'
and their comment were :-)

still ade susu ye... tapi badan kecik je
bagusnya susu badan... banyak kelebihan...
akak pun susu badan, lima2 anak sampai umur 2 tahun...

payah susu badan ni, asik nak bergayut aje...

despite all the negative comments, to me, i want to breastfeed my children as long as possible...
alhamdulillah, i've managed to exclusively breastfeed raina...
exclusive breastfeed meaning the infant only receives breastmilk without any additional food or drink, not even water for their early 6 months...

what i want to explain here is in term of financial which me&mr.R have save for this 7 months...
and will be supported by several true stories that happened when raina was 3-months old...

aaa: anak saya susu badan malam je...
me: awak pegi keje, minum ape?
aaa: baby minum susu tepung...
me: tak pam ke?
aaa: pam gak tapi dah tak pam... saket... gune manual...
me: ooo how much spent for formula milk per month?
aaa: a box RM 50... 6 boxes per month...
me: *silent
(aaa bought Spectra3 after me promote to her... chiokk awe!)

bbb: abislaa duit aku... tiap bulan susu naik RM 3...
me: bape susu tiap bulan??
bbb: kakak share dgn adik... 1 kotak RM 80... kne beli 6 kotak tiap bulan...

(my officemate's wife breastfeed their daughter until 2nd child pregnancy so have to change to fm)
ccc: anak aku minum susu yg harganya rm70...
me: mahalnye!! bape susu tiap bulan?
ccc: 3 kotak tiap minggu...
me: kalo ko buat stok byk2, sure ko leh save byk lg... (anak minum stok ebm)
ccc: mane taw pregnant lagi...
me: ermm ok...

after all the situation mentioned above, i just feel being really proud of myself...
and all the money we have saving all this time...

first time when i bought deep freezer, my parent ask me whether what i invested really worth or not...
i dunno what to reply at that time but now, i feel that all my investment on breastfeeding really worth and save our money, not mention the benefits that 7-months old raina get from my milk :)
and i've influence my eldest sister and 2 friends to buy deep freezer also :p

i want to share what i invest for breastfeed raina...
luckily, i have friend, suraya that be my lactation consultant and she owns all-about breastfeed online store...

(the price of most of the products has increased since 15th April 2009)

RM 368 - Spectra3 dual electric
RM 110 - Moms Precious Cooler Bag Set
(inc. cooler bag and 3 ice packs for nursery)
RM 27 - 2 x Mom's Precious Reusable Ice Pack(Pack of 3)
(3 ice packs for ebm stock that day)
RM 59.90 - Moms Precious Breastmilk Storage & Feeding Set (5oz, 12 bottle/2box)
RM 52.90 - Disposable Milk Storage Liners (8oz, 125pcs/box)

so, it means that we spend about RM 368+110+27+52.90+59.90 = RM 618
(i pay less bcoz i get discount when i buy from suraya bcoz she's really support to stock ebm :))

and with raina now is 7-months old...
what i spend is still the same - RM 618 + MAM Bottle (2 for RM 50) = RM 668

let see... (and we assume all the babies in the stories are 6-months old)
#story1 - RM 50 * 6 * 6 (months) = RM 1800
#story2 - RM 80/2 * 6 * 6 (months) = RM 1440
#story3 - can't calculate bcoz her daughter already 1 year old :)

see, it really huge saving compare to formula milk...
and me&mr.R still spend less if we add up the price of our deep freezer...
the most important here to breastfeed your precious baby is istiqamah, don't forget or [M] to pump when your baby is not with you... (it's different if you are housewife) and eat+drink a lot...

bcoz raina was infected with HFMD and i can't go to the office , there came a rescuer...
nope A rescuer, but 5 of them...
heheh my family-in-law a.k.a mr.R's family...
me&mr.R inform them raina has fever @ Sunday and guess what???
Tuesday morning around 10am (when i can only sleep when mr.R back from work - he work nite shift at that time bcoz raina meragam the whole nite), suddenly there is knock at our door...
we thought POS guys, but OMG... my FIL!!!
with rumah bersepah, beras habis, me&mr.R&raina just sleep for a while...

aiyakkk first and only grandchildren sick, so they came all the way from Perlis to see her :)
even raina pun just sleep for a while, amboi, suke benor die melayan her maktOk&tOkwan&aunties...
they really helper and rescuer...
so the next day till friday, me&mr.R work with no worry for raina at all, knowing that raina with the best babysitter and in good care and condition...

Saturday 13th June is my MIL@mak's birthday...
raina already sleep @10pm and u know, she wake up @11.59pm to wish her maktOk...
very bijak one my daughter :)
my sister-in-law being the creative person create a birthday slideshow specially for mak...
and we all ramai2 sing the birthday song along with raina to her :)
