We have had such a great summer. At the first of August we went to Maui. We went with Jeremy's family. We had so much fun relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean.

We snorkeled almost everyday. There were so many amazing fish. I saw five eel and so many turtles.

mahi mahi stuffed with lobster. Wow I'm craving it now.

This game was so much fun. We called it washers but I guess some people call it Mexican Horse Shoes. It is great.
A picture says a thousand words. I had to post this picture. Everyone was so mad when I took it but I knew one day we would look back and laugh. This is the picture when they just told us that we missed our flight. Yes you read that correctly we missed our flight. There was a mix up with the travel agency and they gave us the wrong departure time and we missed the flight by a few minutes. We
weren't able to get another flight out of Maui for two days. We had an unexpected extended stay in Maui. We made the best of it and had fun.
From one family vacation to the next. My family left for Lake Powell the day we got home from Maui. We stayed and worked as much as we possible could and then less than 24 hours later we hit the road for long drive to Lake Powell. I'm so glad that we went we had a great time with my family.

Jeremy and Ty on the tube. The older I get the more I realize how bad it hurts to ride the tube. I was so sore after being thrown around the lake.

Jeremy did a lot of fishing. He even taught all the nieces how to fish. I was a lot of fun until Ty thought it would be funny to land a fish in my lap. Yeah I didn't think it was nearly as funny as he did. We had a great few weeks spending time with our families. We are so grateful we live so close to them and can spend time with the most important people in our lives.

Treg, I love my puppy but he really isn't a puppy any more. He is one year old. How can that face not make you smile:)
We camped right next to the river. I was beautiful. We did some fishing. It was really fun. I caught the worlds smallest fish. It honestly was only a tiny bit bigger than the fish we have in our fish tank. I had fun just exploring the river. It was a great weekend and it was fun to get away for a little while.
