Last weekend Jarom had his horse show. He has been participating in a trainers challenge for the last month. They gave four trainers a twenty month old horse that has never been worked with. Each trainer got to work with the horse for one hour a day five days a week until the show. Jaroms horse was an interesting case, they weaned the horse at three months old so she kind of had an attachment problem. But he was able to do some great work with her. Day one of the show was not the best the horse freaked out with the large crowd and new atmosphere. But on day two and three she did great and so did Jarom. At the end of the show they auctioned off the horses and Jaroms got the second highest price. He was worrying all weekend about having to say "goodbye" to the horse.(as funny as it sounds they got pretty attached to each other) but as luck would have it the family that bought the horse also asked Jarom to put another thirty days on her. All in all it was a good experience and we think he got some pretty good business out of it. Here are some pictures from the weekend, including the booth we made.
