Suddenly I feel claustraphobic because I can't see what's outside the window.
I want to go on an adventure all on my own!
I want time to go faster, but at the same time, I want it to slow down!
The car keys are within reach; the thought of going out for a spin to clear my head is very tempting.
I crave ice-cream and sushi, all at the same time.
BBW still don't ship outside the U.S. ): I dont like The Body Shop.
There are really too many thoughts taking up residence in my head at this current moment.
HELP! Aspirin!
8:33 pm
It's 3am, and it's still rainnnninggg. brrr, cold.
Been too lazy to head out because I didn't want to lug an umbrella around. Lazy me. hoho.
That aside, I got the good news yestd! (: and the cert came together with the result slip!
I was looking through the SSO's concert schedules, and a few programmes caught my eye, but apparently sistic online is unresponsive!! RRAAHHH. If it were aware of the seat-selector clicking spree I'd be going, it wouldn't hang! rahh.
I'm seriously considering getting a heater in place of the air-con. brr.
sniff.

It's Tuuueeeessdaaayyyy.
And my hamstring still hurts. So that means no long runs, no swims. Booo!
Been drawing quite a bit lately; I'm moving on to skylines now!
Although I love the grey skies, I just wished that it'd rain less.
It's been almost a month now, save a couple of days; I've been waiting and waiting, the suspense is killing me.
Please just post me the result slip already! gah.
I've done all my research, prepared all my notes, i'm just missing the nod.
I NEEDED THE GREEN LIGHT, YESTERDAY!
Aiiyeeeaahh. I really wonder how can nervousness, anticipation and excitement go together.
Hello Hello, where are you.
I Miss You.

aiyeeahh! my hamstring's acting up again ):
felt the funny pain as i was walking home tonight, i thought it went away after sunday!
i wonder if it'll ever get better. sigh.
on the bright side, i'm not feeling so whale-ish anymore!
hmm, it's been raining so much these few days, i decided to leave the laptop at home, lest it becomes the one wearing my jacket/scarf home. long walks are a no-no, because the weather is really unpredictable, and it's getting colder and colder these days. i need to swim! indoor pools (:
I have a sudden craving for smoked salmon.

ran my first 21k ystd at the army half marathon (:
it was quite interesting, because when i arrived, i saw many many army guys, guys, and more guys. i think the ratio of men to women was like almost 10:1
but along the way i started seeing more females, in pairs and groups.
there were the ntu dragon boaters, meridien canoists, sp, tp, np guys/girls
and of course, the word "ARMY" was so very blinding.
but the race itself was quite funny, because i'll see people (read: ARMY GUYS) stop and look for their friends/team-mates, and they would joke and laugh along the way, making it quite a funny scene. then, there were live bands at the halfway mark and finishing line, which i thought was cool, because having bands playing at marathons/half-marathons are more common in the U.S.! and although there were many many water stops, the guys on duty were sweating more than the runners! honestly i found that rather funny, and i couldn't help grinning over that thought.
the first 7km was a breeze, but somehow after that i just couldn't move for the next 2km. but the 9-15km stretch was good long run after that. then, the pain from my hamstring kicked in at 16, and the last 5k was finished in alternate run-walk paces. gah. when the pain hits, somehow, even walking hurts. but nonetheless, i finished my first 21k! and the thing is, i've never ever ran that long a distance before sunday, and personally it was very rewarding (: also, i never went near my running shoes about 10 million weeks before race day, so i can't complain about my timing.
i'm not sure if i'll do another 21k anytime soon, but the standard chartered marathon at the end of the year is definitely a no-no. i can't really feel my legs yet, the hamstring hurts a whole lot, and the lactic acid hasn't completely gone away. all the more excuses to sleep in =D
though the hamstring is really really painful, i survived today! (:
and now, 10k is not long at all! (:
