"My Guys Are Snuggling"

Nate always gives Luke hugs when I ask him to. It's so cute! The other day, Nate accidentally hit Luke with a toy golf club and Luke was upset, so I asked Luke if I should have Nate give him a hug and say he's sorry. Nate looked at me and then went over to Luke and hugged him! What a sweetie!

First Official Haircut!

Nate got his first haircut today. I've trimmed the ears and the back before, but this time I did the whole thing. He didn't cry at all, but he was really squirmy!

FOUR!!!

We went to the annual Golf Tournament this weekend that Chance's Dad puts on. The boys had a blast, especially Luke. Got to love riding in Golf Carts!

Luke is now practicing his golfing and makes sure to tell us we need to be quiet when he's trying to hit. He connects pretty well I'd say! LOL

Learning new skills

He has since gotten better at the slide, but here he is figuring it out for the first time (beginning of June). He kept doing it over and over again, he was so excited!

Nate has been throwing and kicking balls for awhile, but I recently noticed a little extra power to his kicks. Check out the first kick!

31st Birthday!

I had such a great birthday this year. It started with a really fun day with the boys on Friday. I took them to the Children's Museum and they were awesome all day! It was as if they were trying to be on their best behavior for my birthday! Then Chance gave me some birthday cash and told me that on Saturday I was going to go shopping with Trish and then stay the night at her house. And in addition, he told me I needed to be gone for a full 24 hours! That's right, I spent an entire day without the kids! It really felt like I was in bizarro world! I also was treated to an awesome dinner at the Cheesecake Factory with my sister and two neighborhood friends. Talk about being spoiled! I haven't had a birthday like that in a long time!

Nater is wheened!

I've been looking forward to this for a long time. However tonight when Chance was putting Nate to bed it hit me hard, that one, this is the first night of Nate's life that I haven't put him to to bed and two, I may never breastfeed a baby again!! I'm kind of sad, but I know I'll get over it. It will be nice to not have a curfew anymore!
