Just Call Me The Crazy Dog Lady

Well, it's been far too long since I've blogged (so you can bet on an absurdly long post). The saddest part is that really, not much has happened in our lives since my last post! Matt's school program is very demanding so that's pretty much consumes all his time. But, luckily he's only taking 1 class this summer so maybe we will be able to have a small amount of fun this summer!

Let's see, in my last post you met our little love, Switzer.
Having a puppy to train on top of Matt's semester and both of us working made for a very busy few months!

Apparently we're gluttons for punishment because we got ANOTHER puppy in March!

Meet our sweet boy, Bosworth! :)
And prepare for picture overload. You all know I'm pet obsessed!

That was the day he came home. I can't believe how small he was!
He's almost up to 40 pounds now!

So now we've got Barry Switzer and Brain Bosworth.
Think Matt's an OU fan?

His big blue eyes and wrinkly face are just too much; my heart can't take it!

When he was super little, we bought a baby Pack and Play to keep him contained or to give him a rest from the CONSTANT (oy vey) rough play with Switzer! Boys will be boys I suppose!

He's been growing and getting cuter everyday!

He and Switzer are having so much fun together!
They like to snuggle,

go for walks and trips to the park together!

They also have a fondness for tennis balls and snuggling with their mom and dad. :)

Switzer really loves tennis balls more than little B does.
This particular day, he wanted to eat but didn't want to let go of his ball.
He decided to just store the tennis ball right there in the bowl while he ate.
That tennis ball is the love of his life,  I swear!

B also loves riding in the car!

I just took the above picture this afternoon on our way home from doggie day camp!
He LOVES going to Camp Bow Wow. When Switzer goes, he's scared at first and doesn't want us to leave him; he gives us the saddest look of betrayal! But Bosworth bolts through the door and couldn't less about me the second he gets there!

He finds laying on laundry piles in the closet floor super fun as well.
Just don't judge the laundry pile, k?

But most of all he just loves sleeping and lounging!

This little dude can work the sad eyes like you can't believe!
I fall for it every time!

He was 5 months old on Monday and we're head over heels in love with him!

Well now that you've been overloaded with puppy pictures, lets move on to other things.

In the months since I last blogged...

I hosted a baby shower for my sweet friend DeVynna!

I love Miss Ava!!

That's Leia, DeVynna and Me!
We taught together a couple school years ago at Northridge!

And then when sweet Sophie Kate was born, I took her newborn pictures. :)

Be still my heart.

My mom's house was completed in March!

And she moved in in the snow!

We finally got our storm shelter installed!

I added a little personal touch to the wet concrete. :)
So of course, the year we get a storm shelter, we don't have any tornados in our area!
Not that I'm complaining!

And I wrapped up another year in Kindergarten!

It was such a great school year!
I had a super sweet class that I'm missing everyday!

Now we're just enjoying summer and relocating turtles we find close to the road. :)

We found this little friend on our way home on Memorial day so we drove him to a near by pond.
A few days later, Matt came across another and relocated him too! Or she I guess. I've always thought of turtles as boys though...

And because I like to save the best for last, here are a few pictures of the light of my life!

Look at that neck roll! Goodness!

My heart belongs to her!
