I miss...

i miss the moment i arrive
in a school that was so alive,
i miss the orientation that was held
that went on just so well.

i miss the orientation camp that we had
and had to drink a bowl of bitter gourd that was really bad,
i miss the moment when my team won
and daniel took the prize and victory songs were sung.

i miss the class that i was in
the nearest class to the stairs where everyone can look in,
i miss being on the top floor
where the waterfall could be seen and look at the birds soar.

i miss being part of the school magazine
being part of the journey was so amazing,
i miss being in the design crew, i had so much fun.
hanging out with them in the room, with no work done.

i miss eating fupei from the school canteen
all sorts of food u can get, even roti canai with curry
i miss going there early, cos of the crowd la
and also because our form6 block was pretty far

i miss having those big textbooks
the thickness of them really made me shook
i miss reading notes, seeing so many questions
all those gave me countless indigestions

i miss ceremonies like the graduation night
everyone all dressed up, it was a pretty sight.
i miss thinking alot about what to wear for these functions
lipsticks and dresses... even thought of lipo-suction

i miss everyone around me
without you guys, school life would be a misery.
i miss the prefects, they were really like robots
thanks to them, we had to wear 3-inch high socks.

i miss running off to the library, for all the wrong reasons
going there just to avoid classes that felt like prisons
i miss scribbling on any surface
tables, papers, even once on someone's face.

i miss the teachers, although some of them were stupid
always pushing my buttons to the maximum limit.
i miss the stacks of homework and work sheets we always get
they make good paper aeroplanes for people to throw at.

i miss that special someone whom i secretly like
everytime i see him, my day felt bright,
i miss his smile, it made my heart melt,
damn,if i only had guts to tell him how i felt

i miss form six, although i hated it alot
sometimes i feel that i rather get shot,
i miss form six, i miss the life over there,
i miss form six, i wish i could go back there.

i love the holidays.

i love the part where we don't have to get up at 6am anymore. we can stay up all night (actually that's what we did during the exams anyway ^_^") and get up what whatever time we want, unless someone....for example like adibah...who smses you at 830am (which is an insanely hour for me) but i wouldn't be mad at her...cos its the HOLIDAYS! XD

i can't believe it's been only a week ago where we were wracking our brains for STPM. maybe i shouldn't be enjoying life too much, hehe. my text books are still there, staring at me. being too lazy to go and look for buyers. maybe i should just go and burn them, to forget that they never exist. what a nice bonfire they'll make, especially the oh-so-thick-yet-useless chemistry book, hmm...

by now most of us have gone off to genting to work. some went off for their holiday. well others... are still here painting taiping red.. and i happen to be one of the ones still in town. i'm not bored or anything. i'm starting back my cross stitch which i've abandoned for two years. welll...yeah...i love cross stitch, so i don't give a damn at those who are laughing at me. and my old friends are back from college/universities for christmas!

i love my life now...

and yes, speaking of christmas, it's just around the corner! i can't wait! planning to take out the christmas lights and decorate my dog's lil house... i have a feeling my mum's gonna kill me, hehe. my sisters are all coming back next week. and the whole family's going to penang! my 1st family trip, hehe (yeah, that's sad, so be it)

anyways dudes and dudess......enjoy your holidays! live life to the fullest! cos after that...

we're gonna be stuck in university and after that work for the rest of our lives.....not a very fun thing to do i think >.<"

Wahhh!!!grrrr...

sometimes i find myself thinking wat the hell am i doin in the science stream. am i der cos of my parents? am i der cos of my frens? or im js the type dat goes with the flow...
well..one thing is for sure: i never liked science. i hate science....i Despise science. sure, science is fun n bla bla bla... the oni science part that wil get me excited is when the lessons are over and its time to go home. n did i mention that everyone in my family studied in the science stream? =.="
"but...everyone's in the science class!! dun u wanna follow ur frens?" pfft~ yeah, ok...so my frens are oso in the science stream..bt are they gonna get me a job n the future? i dun think so...

dey all say that studyin in the science stream gives u more options of courses to choose from when you're applying for universities. well...wat if i've already decided that i wanna study smthg dats got ntg to do with science at all??? so wat if i'm a lil different from my sisters? doesnt mean i have 2 follow wat dey did,right? =.=

form6's chemistry sucks. why are dey forcin the kids to study 3 freakin books for one measly 3-hour paper? wats the whle point? is not dat the shooter's gonna point a gun at them and ask them chemical equations or recite out what the uses of Tollen's reagent are right? (okay...dat could happen if einstein was the shooter)

students these days are required to just memorise, memorise and memorise. i bet that most of them dun even kno wat they're studyin about.dey dun really understand wat they're learin and the concept dey have to grasp. one of my teachers, in a hurry to finish the syllables before the trial exams, just zooms through the chapters for one of the subjects. he/she can finish the chapter in just 2-3lessons, finishes the book in 2-3months when the author took years to write the theory out. and wat if we dun know certain parts of the chapter? "dun worry, jus 'agak-agak' wat u've learned."
wow, talk about teaching these days. wat if we were placed in a situation where u're facing a bomb and u're suppose to cut either the red or the blue wire? oh i dunno...lets AGAK-AGAK and cut watever wire we desire. sheesh...

well...the holidays are officially over (well..almost..) school's starting this monday. my school bag is nowhere to be found. my mum made me clean my room, and now i cant find my stuff!! hmm...general paper homework left aside.. the music's blaring. it's 1.43am and here i am, blogging away. ah...aint dat life ^^

i alwiz wished school never existed. it makes life so much easier, isnt it?

• we can learn how to live our lives from our parents. we learn skills lk cooking, carpenting, gardening... thgs we dun learn much ( or the teachers dun even bother to teach) in school.
  
• when we're in school, we tend to be bullied at one point in our lives, making our lives miserable for that certain period of time. we dun have to worry bout dat if der is no such thg as school
• HOMEWORK!!! (that the teachers oni close their eyes and simply mark dem)
• all we ever learn in school was how to 2 score As in our subjects. its like der is no meaning to it! so wat if one of us score 23As in our SPM? wat do we learn from this? wat benefit do we get from memorisin facts? when a person points a gun at ur head, wat r ya gonna do? recite wat hang tuah did back in those days? you thk givin a difficult chemical equation to dat person's gonna make him stop to ponder while u can make an escape from him? i dun thk so
• wat can we learn much if the teachers dun teach well? we may as well sit at home and read on our own, hmmph~

but den again, without school, i wouldnt have met my frens, heh. life would b dull js sittin at home the whle day eh? haha...sigh...
back to the drawing board. this monday, we'll b gettin our mid-yr exam results, which is kinda makin me feel of not wanting to go to sch, bah.

but den again, i miss my frens... ^_^

ahhhhhhhhhhh.............i just lurveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee the holidays!!!!

• no school
• i dont have to geddup at 6am
• maple!!!
• no tuitions on da 2nd week of hols
• i can absolutely do nothing in the mornings
• no homewrk! ( lk i would do if i hav any anyway :P )
• did i mention no school?

my initial plan was to study real hard...make use of da time. i've been slackin all this while and if i dont start nw, im gonna screw my stpm.....
UNFORTUNATELY..... due to unforseen cirtumstances (and nt to mention being lazy), i ended up doing ntg oder than slp, tuition n house marathon on the 1st wk! time flew right before my eyes, blah~~
...i better get my ass goin on the 2nd week @.@

The thg being in form6...really made me realise...that...
i regretted takin up form 6
i miss sitting with suyee and torment about evelyn and her thai thai
i miss writing stories during english lessons. MUET doesnt hav dat :(
i miss goin to physics tuition early to hang out with joann and jan in mcd
i miss being chemistry class, with ms leow tryin 2 calm us down while the rest goes wild
i miss having to FREEZE during the sch bell after recess (i stil dunno y we had to do dat)
i miss those form2 moments..when we won the drama...and when we screwed the bm choral speakin...and the fact we had to stand on the chair cos we made pn mah cry!
i miss those times where u have to hide ur liquid paper from being taken away from joann, only to find out she brings it to sch as well,lol.
i miss rangers camps..all of them were awesome!
i miss the fact where we really have to hide from pn rahimah when we ponteng physics class.
i miss when we were told to stand on the chair and put our hands up when we were noisy in pn rozana's maths class
i miss the fact we had so much fun publishing stentorian mag, only to be shredded by our own hands in front of miss helen.
i miss the fact that we actually had FUN shredding the mag :P
i miss being in that place, near the koperasi where benches were provided, and we would sit on the floor and eat as many give us a weird look
i miss seeing joann rushing to buy karipap during recess, hehe
i miss melom!
i miss...marching!! "skuad...kawad rusia!"
i miss choir...drama...choral speakin...
i miss the teachers...mrs cecelia, mrs shirley ong, pn toh, pn mah...pn narimah...
i miss my friends who have left for collages or overseas..
i miss...convent...

However....being in form6....made me realise..that..
i took everythg for granted back in convent
people change...and you cant change them back they way you want them to be
it's ok that they have change! life goes on... i've have made new friends!
i've learn the true essence of a person
i've learn how to cope hardship and sadness
i've become a more patient person
i'm happy i've made an impact in someone's life
i've learn to forgive, and to forget
my true pasison for designs..which i have neglected for the pass few years..
when you need somebody, he or she cant always be there for you
there's more to life...always think of the brighter side
it has made me a stronger person
it has made me the person who i am today
im glad i took form 6
