blehhhh...

so I'm super dooper tired because last night I was having some interesting pains...so we went to the hospital...ugh...at midnight.

So I got to lay there and talk to a lot of really nice nurses and have 3 stretchy belt things on my stomach and then I was completely fine...but they wanted to be SURE so we didn't leave the hospital until 3 am...luckily I don't work anymore...teehee...too bad for Ry-Guy! No really I do feel bad for him...but I know he will make it.

First are their little heads, then a look at a hand, and last and fuzziest is a foot...good luck deciphering!

Good news!

1. I have new pics to put up...they aren't way exciting but, hey new pictures are always fun right?

2. My doctor has set a date to induce me should I not go into labor before. September 13th! Counting today that's 17 days away! crazy crazy

3. I'm carrying around 10.5 lbs of BABY inside my belly...and it's pretty exhausting. This is only sort of good news...good that they are growing nicely, bad that they are flippin' heavy.

I left the new ultrasounds in the car, and ryan is gone in the car, or else I would post them, but I promise I will!

Went to the doctor again yesterday and as usual...it was a long drive just so she could look at me for 10 minutes and say...yep you are pregnant.

She's always asking, "Have you had any contractions or cramping?" and I'm always saying, "Nope." Well now when I go in tomorrow I can say, "YES!" Hopefully she'll be like...let's get those babies outta there! Hmm, we shall see.

Last night at 3:47 a.m. I started to have contractions...but they were braxton hicks because of how irregular they were and I was not going to get up at 4 in the morning and drive to Layton just so they could say it was a false alarm and to go home. Ryan was flippin' out and woke up his mom, who came downstairs and said that they were probably braxton hicks...which I was guessing anyways.

That's my exciting news! Tomorrow I'll put pictures up if I get any new ones from the doctor :)

Had another appointment today, everything is still lovely :)

One thing I haven't mentioned is that Ryan started his new job on the 6th and he has already recieved a promotion! What can I say...I married someone amazing! He is a manager type figure and he's making more an hour than he was at Loan Max, plus when he makes sales he gets commission and when people under him make a sale, he gets a percentage of that as well! whoop whoop!

I had another appointment today! The babies are side by side, yet...on different sides than they have been the entire pregnancy. Nicholas has shifted over to my left and Eric is on the right. I didn't have to be there until 1:15, unfortunately 12:00-2:00 seems to be the perfect time for me to fall asleep. It was kinda hard to get motivated to go, and then once I got there not to just fall asleep on the ultrasound table.

Since they have shifted position, we were able to get a profile of Eric for the first time! He seems to look pretty similar to Nicholas, and be pretty Meldrumy looking. I hope these kids look a little like me, I am kinda cool. We won't really know until they pop out, which from what my doctor tells me...is going to be a while.

I guess I'm just a baby makin' machine! They still look perfect and I look perfect (ya know...as perfect as a school bus can be) and she said I'm doing very well and like it or not they are not coming for a good little while. Ryan keeps predicting I'm going to go into some kind of crazy early labor...but my doctor seems pretty confident that they are going to go the full 38 weeks...so we shall see!

I'm so sad! I can't believe that James E. Faust is gone. :( I mean he was 87 years old...but still...it stinks.

I must begin with a very sad tale. Don't worry though...this post will end on a happy note, I promise!

So I have had a xanga since March of 2004. Unfortunately someone decided to hack it and I can't get into it anymore. I have tried a lot of things, such as contacting Xanga 2 times for help, begging and begging them to pleeeeease assist me in getting my cute little xanga back to me. All for nothing, so I have decided to just say goodbye. For anyone who has known me and read the xanga...they know this is kind of a big deal. After all, that is my flippin' diary for the past few YEARS. Oh well. I am going to give this blogger thing a try and make it both for Ryan and I and for our littlecutiepants that are on the way!

Now for the fun stuff!

I am now up to 2 doctor's appointments a week! Considering that we moved and we are now an hour away from our doctor, this is kind of intense...and expensive, but worth it. I have a great doctor and I get to see my babies through the magic of ultrasound 2 times a week, which I know wouldn't happen if I was normal and boring and having one baby. The point of all this rambling is that Baby A (Nicholas, the first baby that will come out) has been situated in such a way that we get good face shots of him. For those who know Ryan...this baby is a mini Ryan. Since the twins are fraternal I don't know how similar or not similar they will look...but Nicholas definitely has Ryan's face, it's crazy.

Anywho...the only other news I have for now is that we are all moved in with Ryan's parents, which is fun. Ryan is working for a carpet cleaning company called ChemDry and likes it so far. I am not working and it's a little weird and pretty boring sometimes...but I'm pretty sure that in a few weeks I will hardly ever be bored. So I suppose I should soak up all the boredom I can get right now! So we are settled in Orem, happy, and impatient for babies!
