Designer Paper Sale!

Dress up you projects in Stamin' Up! style during our Paper Party Promotion. During November 1-30 you can buy three packages of Designer Series paper and get one free!

No matter your crafting style-whether you delight in making cards, scrapbooking memories, or putting together beautiful handmade gifts-there is a perfect Designer Series Paper just waiting for your projects.

These are just a few projects that I have made using on board garland greetings, apple cider designer series paper, and true friend stamp set from the holiday mini catalog.

Fashion Connoisseur

Dash being the fashion connoisseur that he is, is seen often sporting this falls latest fashion trends. Monkey ears are a must for October. Why get dressed up for one night when you can make it last all month? Fur lined camo snow boots are a necessity for snowy winter days. Last but not least is the double sided yellow vest. Great for when mom doesn't want to loose him.

Where are his pants you ask? Well, Dash forgot to watch the weather forecast on the nightly news. It is 93 degrees outside! Yes, a record high for October in Ohio . He had to cool off some how. The hat, boots, and vest were not about to go! The diaper was forced upon this exhibitionist much to his dismay.

Dash asks me every day for snow. He must think I can do anything, because he gets very up set when I tell him I can't make it snow. We are defiantly praying for a white Christmas!

Stampin' UP Ohio Demonstrator Meeting

This is our first demonstrator meeting of the Stampin! Up year. Each of these women have great strengths and I have already had the opportunity to learn from them!
The Stampin' Up statement of the heart:
To love what we do and share what we love,
as we help others enjoy creativity
and worthwhile accomplishments...
in this we make a difference.

I feel like this statement could not be more perfect in describing why I became a demonstrator, why I am still a demonstrator and why I enjoy helping others as they
learn to love what they do and share what they love
!

STAMPIN' UP! PICK OF THE MONTH

Here is my pick of the month, Autumn Fest!

She is sleeping through the night!

Miley got her first set of immunization shots last Wednesday. She was a little upset by the whole experience. However after a long day of holding and soothing her, she slept 8 hours straight! I woke up a new and happier mommy the next morning. Since that night she has been sleeping in 5 hour stretches. A huge improvement on our nightly feeding schedule of every two hours.

Camping in Hocking Hills State Park

We went camping with Kim and Kenta Harada and their two kids Noah and Eli. We love hanging out with Kim and Kenta! They have become like our family in Ohio. Dash and Noah are best friends and can't live with out each other. They had so much fun helping build fires, playing with flashlights, eating s'mores, and hunting for bugs and sticks.

Miley was a trooper camping at only 5 weeks-old. She loved it! Dash cried more then she did for sure. We have found that Dash loves camping until he has to sleep in the tent. He missed his bed! He cried the entire knight asking to go to the car. The knight we got home he slept for ten hours straight! We will have to try again next year!

Laundry Day!

Monday, October 8, 2007

There is a great pumpkin and dairy farm out side of John Bryan State Park. We camped in the state park over night and hiked the next day. On the way home we stopped and picked our own pumpkins. Dash looked for the biggest one he could find and became very attached to this one.

BACK TO SCHOOL

August 19th was bitter sweat! After having the entire summer off from school, it is time to hit the books again. I miss having my best Friend home during the days, but I am so excited for his achievements! He is almost half way done with his program and that much closer to his career. I really appreciate his hard work and dedication to our family.

Great Grandmas are GREAT!

Thanks the extraordinary talent, and love, of Great Grandma Hreinson, Miley enjoys the most comfortable spot in the house. Great Grandma Hreinson has made a one of a kind quilt for each and everyone of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is truly amazing and loved! Thank you for all of your kindness.

We moved to Columbus in June of 2007. Since our move we have made many close friends that have become a second family to us; but, there is no replacing our real families living in Utah. It was such a treat to have my mom and Chris's parents visit in August. They flew over 2,000 miles to greet the new member of our family, Miley Kay McQuivey. Dash thoroughly enjoyed the attention of his grandparents, and the presents they came bairing! We love and miss you already! I am so glad to be apart of this forever family!
