Mama and 3 babies

I love when this girl wakes up in the morning.  She gives me the biggest hugs and plays with my hair most of the time.  It's so sweet, and I look forward to it.

I am fortunate enough to have some make-up artists in my house as well.

Lyla has been loving to play in Ethan & Sydney's room.  She grabs puzzles and tries to do them.

We met up with Kayla and Brynlee and played in foam as part of Lehi Days.  It was a little nasty…smelly…and a lot of fun.

I took the kids to the South Towne Expo Center to see the floats for the Pioneer Day Parade.  There was some balloon artists and I splurged and got them one.  They were in heaven!

Out and About

While Tyler was in Africa, Tiffany and the girls had their ears pierced.  My mom and I went along (with the kids) to watch.  Shelley was staying with us this week, so we've been having a great time.  It was quite the crowd!

Ezra and Elise Hurst came to stay with us for one night on their way to spend time with Elise's family.  We were happy to have their company.

We met the Hursts for dinner and we were chatting afterward and I watched Sydney people watch for about 15 minutes.  She eventually made a friend.  She is so funny.

We took Doug's mom to a concert on Temple Square (the Pioneer Day concert).  It was a great concert and fun to have her join us!

Waterpark

Katie and her kids stayed with us for a few days to go go the water park.  It was fun having the extra hands and playing with them for a few days.

Cousin Ben

Jeff and Liz came with Jenn for a family vacation up in the mountains and invited us to come up and swim with them.  We had a great time meeting Ben for the first time.  Ethan and Sydney did a lot of singing and dancing to Frozen songs and Ben joined them.  

There were hugs when it came time for us to leave.

Fit Club!

Back in March or so, I started a Fit Club at home one or two days per week.  Friends bring their kids and we workout while the kids play.  The play is pretty crazy sometimes and Ethan and Sydney look forward to it every week.  They were fascinated with the garbage can today and making faces. Josie and Dylan come almost every time.

I seriously love these ladies!

Cousin time!

Natalie came into town again and we went swimming at Grandma Marchant's pool.  The kids were water babies.

The house was a serious disaster while Natalie went biking with Doug and I just did some deep breathing and stayed upstairs.

We played on the driveway and Natalie is always much more fun than I am!

Lyla had her first experience at a splash pad and was in heaven!

Backyard transformation

Walmart is under construction in our backyard and they are putting up a fence.  They took out all the trees in our backyard while I was out of town in North Dakota (touring the area where I sell property and meeting my clients).  I was shocked when I came home to no trees in our backyard!

When Doug was on trek, the fence was put in place.  It was fascinating to watch and it only took about 30 minutes for it to go in piece by piece.  The kids and I sat watching closely.
